Love everything about this place! The staff is kind and very attentive, as we have eaten here 3 times this week and have had no issues. Everything on the menu has been delicious and fresh, from the seafood tower to the collard greens.

Nice beachfront place with mediocre food and solid service. Shrimp were fine, fish was mushy, and fried oysters were a soggy clump. Fries were ok, coleslaw slaw was fine but small portion, for $52. Lots of better places to go! Deviled eggs were very heavy with closing pimento cheese spread. Drinks are good, but $18 to $20. Skippable.

Of all the restaurants at Sea Island, Southern Tide is my favorite! Fantastic views right on the beach, extremely friendly staff & excellent menu. I’ve never had a better biscuit in my life & the jalapeño butter made it that much better. The pimento cheese deviled eggs are next level. Shrimp and grits are as good as they come. And the shrimp basket is shrimply amazing! Get ’em grilled, blackened or fried … the fries are perfect!! Love this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good “casual” spot for dinner while at Sea Island. I say “casual” by way of comparison to the other dinner restaurants on Sea Island. This place takes reservations, so planning ahead is key since this place fills up (especially if it’s raining outside, the outside seating is not the best). Lately, food variety and quality is great.

Even in the chilly temps – the staff were professional and engaging, the food was prompt and flavorful. Don’t overpay for the California favorite Cabs – the house Private Selection was a great value. We will be back! Loved the deviled eggs app, the flavorful Cesar and the seafood gumbo! Thanks to Elizabeth for attentive service.

This restaurant is amazing. If you get lunch ask for Sarah! And if you are going for dinner ask for Salina. Impeccable service, and environment, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant while visiting visiting ST Simon
