Panda Express in Gadsden delivers on its promise of fast, flavorful Chinese-American fare, with fresh ingredients and familiar favorites. During my visit, I enjoyed well-prepared food, though there was a slight wait for my supergreens. However, I’d much rather have them fresh out of the boiler than receive something less than crisp, so this was a minor inconvenience in exchange for quality.
While the food met expectations, the cleanliness of the dining area could have used a bit more attention. Several table tops hadn’t been wiped down, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. It’s a small detail, but one that can make a difference in the overall impression of a restaurant’s upkeep.
Despite that, the overall experience was positive. The food was solid ensuring a meal that felt fresh and satisfying. With just a bit more attention to cleanliness, this location could elevate its dining environment to match the reliability of its menu.

I ordered chow mein. It was 99.9 % noodles. This is the second time the product was mostly all noodles. I was so disappointed. In the past it has been very good. On a positive note, the spring rolls were perfect so they would have been a five.

I come here once a week for lunch. I have never had a bad experience. The people that work here are awesome. Especially the manager. Food is always fresh and is alway accommodating if I want fresh food cooked. I highly recommend this store in East Gadsden Alabama.

So I don’t normally eat Panda Express but my husband loves them! Recently I’ve started going by and picking him up food from here 1-2 a week so he has lunch since he’s not able to leave. I like the point system that allows me to get discounts or free items..
The main reason I’m writing this is the last few visits have been amazing, the manager (I assume she has glasses) has been extraordinary and has provided some of the best service I’ve had in Gadsden. I absolutely love coming by here and picking up food because of the amazing customer service!

I visited th Gadsden al .location , Sarah took the best care of me ;she offered excellent customer service ,made certain that I was satisfied with my order -she was completely running the whole show and cooked all my food fresh to and in terrific timing. Couldn’t ask for better service will definitely revisit Sarah at this location. So sad there was no option for tip

I love this place, go all the time, sometimes with my friends from school. And haven’t been disappointed until the last 2 times I’ve been by myself. They’ve never messed up so I didn’t think to check my food before I left and I NEVER write reviews or get upset over the food industry bc I am a server, but the past TWO times they’ve gotten my order wrong. I get the same thing everytime, a plate with white rice orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. And they even display it right on the screen and on my receipt. I’m just not understanding, I confirm my order on screen take a look at my receipt and then my food is wrong when I get home. And I hope that I am not being up charged for my honey walnut shrimp when I don’t have any on my plate. 🙂 sorry but this is really disappointing.

I just went through the drive through and my car stalled out. I was so embarrassed but Eduardo, jamaya, and Sarah were AMAZING. They helped me with my car AND after everything my food was still hot and fantastic. If all restaurants had employs of the same caliber the world would be a better place! Thanks yall!

Its old nasty chicken this location is rubbish. Orange chicken was old stale old oil and doot dash driver forgot half the crap, and was too lazy to go bwck and get it over 35 minute drive like.. not my problem. Never order from here ever!

This restaurant is pretty good once they cook their food right. We had disappointments and in saying to ourselves why did we really stop here due to the bad appearance of the food. I may want to point out that their sesame chicken from this chain is considered way better than a regular Chinese restaurant. My dad had to call the attention of the manager who was running this chain when he was doing a takeout order on why the employees were showing old food instead of the new ones. When he gave us new food to my dad, it made us our day.

Food was literally being cooked to order, friendly service, very clean. Even though we had to wait 5ish minutes it was sooo worth it. My total bill was under $15 and as you can see for the photos its plenty of food. Thank you Jason
