First things first the server gave my food to the wrong person and they took it to their car , opened it and returned it to the food truck. The server realized she gave my food away when she saw me waiting still and was startled. The lady brought back the food told the server it was not her order and instead of her remaking my food she handed me the same bag after she tied it back closed.
My order was missing okra that I had to ask for, I ordered wings that come with 8 pcs, I only had 7. The food was reheated with the microwave, was not fresh and you can tell by the taste. I was given a sample of peanut sauce to try and it was good. However my first experience here was not good & the food was Mid, so I won’t return.
I got Fufu chicken egusi, chicken wings, whole fish with okra fufu & ginger juice. Totaling $ 61 and change.
The food you get is not like the pictures they show, but you get charged the same price. Over priced microwaved food, lacking flavor.

I’m so glad I found this gem Ive been coming here once a week for months and put it on Google to speak on how fabulous, Sophie is doing with sharing her cuisine with the community. The food is perfect for my baby, and we both enjoy every bite! Everything on the menu is authentically delicious, simple, and satisfying. The flavors are addictive, and if you like it hot, make sure to ask for some of the spicy ️ sauce. I highly recommend the Egusi, chicken gizzards, peanut butter soup and chicken wings.

I have head of this food truck but haven’t had the chance to try it. Finally did at the Fort Campbell Carnival/Fourth of July Celebration. I ordered the jollof rice with chicken and it was delicious just like I knew growing up in Ghana, West Africa. It reminded me of home and all the good feelings. Will definitely try it again.

I enjoyed the egusi soup and fufu with chicken. The egusi soup was very sweet and savory. I recommend telling them to add spice to the soup. The chicken still had a few feathers in it which I didn’t like. Everything tasted great. Still enjoyed the food and will be back! This is a food truck with no seating available.

The egusi with chicken and fufu was delicious.
It was better than I thought it would be from trying other locations.

We tried this restaurant expecting authentic Nigerian/Ghanaian jollof rice and egusi, but unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment.
Service & Atmosphere: Fairly decent, no major issues here.
Food Quality: Very poor. The jollof rice had no spice or seasoning compared to other African restaurants we’ve enjoyed. The egusi lacked flavor, and the chicken was burnt and dry. For a cuisine known for bold flavors, this was extremely underwhelming.
Overall Experience: Since the food was already paid for, we had no choice but to accept it, but it truly wasn’t worth it. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.
