We ordered a pineapple and ham pizza online for delivery, we were delivered a chicken bbq with pineapple pizza. We obviously didn’t check until the delivery person left, we called to let them know they made and delivered the wrong pizza. They told us it was what we ordered, even though we had the order on our phone. They refused to correct the order. We even stopped by the next day and showed them and they still refused to correct the error!! Customer service was horrible, we will not use this location again!

Its great to have a Papa Johns that delivers to our area! They just opened at the end of Aug and it was worth the stop. The food and service was great.The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the parking is horrible. It’s best to preorder your things so that you don’t have to deal with parking. There is one handicap spot and 1 regular spot in front of the Papa John’s but otherwise food is great, as always. It is living up to its name!

Since this location opened I have received nothing but the best. The weekends are our pizza day. I always do delivery and they have the best delivery drivers I’ve encountered. Always super pleasant and quick. The food is always fresh and hot. This is my favorite location and I hope nothing changes with the way they deliver.

I was soo excited about this Papa Johns opening near my house and they did not disappoint! The food was nice and warm and delivery was quick. One of my pizzas was missing toppings and I called and the manager was quick to apologize and send me a new pizza right away! Thank you for providing great customer service!!

We are so excited that Papa John’s is back in the south side again. We order every weekend and this shop does not disappoint. The service is fast and everyone who works there is excellent. They are also open super late which is great for late night munchies.
