Having a severe dairy allergy can making eating at restaurants tricky. But I NEVER have to worry at Diablos on Richland! Xavier and his team never make me feel like I am a burden. Today, when I mentioned my dairy allergy, my server, Brandon, with a smile, immediately took off his gloves, went to the kitchen area to washed his hands, and put on fresh gloves. Then he served me all the way through the line, so no one else would have to change gloves and I could feel confident there was no cross contamination. I’ve eaten here so many times in the last several years, and it remains one of my favorite places to eat! Thank you, Brandon, Xavier, and Diablo’s on Richland Avenue in Aiken, South Carolina! Y’all are amazing!

I’ve been here twice. The first time I came my mom invited me and I got a bowl with chicken and veggies and it was very dry. The 2nd visit was great either. I got 3 soft steak tacos and saw that they toast the tacos in front of you. The guac I wanted to try again and it was on the brink of turning brown, the lettuce was soggy, the pico was crisp and good, the cilantro was fresh, the limes were too small, but I guess they cut them that way to fit in those to go cups. I liked that they had more limes to get at the salsa bar. Their salsa is good, but their guac could be better. They charge you $3+ for 2 oz which was about 2 small tablespoons of guac on the side. Other places I can get way more for $6-$7. I was very disappointed about that, as well as my rubbery soft flour tacos. The only thing that tasted authentic was the sprite that I got. They did have fountain drinks, tea and bottled beverages. The indoor dining area was clean and open booths and tables. There were 3 people working there when I arrived at 12:30pm. Not crowded at all. The bathrooms were decent, but single stall. I only recommend if your taking a group it’s only good for 5-8 people at a time. The steak was ok and I loved the charry smoke taste. The floors were clean and it wasn’t too loud. No tvs, lighting was good. Staff was friendly and they do offer MILITARY DISCOUNTS. If you like taco bell, then this place is for you. I would chose authentic Mexican restaurants, Chipotle then Moe’s before I send anyone here. Just my choice of flavor, it’s not the best here. Prices are high also. Great service and I didn’t have to wait. Enjoy

Super nice staff. Great service, you get your money’s worth in food. Way better than the one on whisky road. Worth the drive!

Grace if you are seeing this – Diablo is very fortunate to have you as an employee! One of the many reasons I will always remember to visit diablos!

Diablos food is very good. I am just irritated everytime i go there, i expect certain things, but never get it. It is just food, but as customers we choose certain things to go in/on our food. I pay for extra sides and dont receive them. I do an online pickup and expect it all to be there.

100 % better than any Moe’s. Everyone was very nice and they had options that other burrito places dont have. The atmosphere was great with the design and chargers at the tables.

Honestly, the best service I had in AWHILE. The “Burrito Artists” are just that. Food was amazing. I had pulled pork burrito. Chipo-who?

I made a mistake ordering from the wrong location online. I got to the Whiskey Rd store and Amanda got my order made quickly and took care of the order at the other store. Great customer service and big “Thank You” to Amanda and her great team

Fast food, southwestern style restaurant. A sort of cross between Moes and Chipotle. Still relatively new in the arena but could be an up and comer.

I never write reviews these days, but my wife and I have had great customer service and food experiences here the last several times we’ve gone. Service and food quality has gone down so much in the last several years since COVID, we’re just very pleasantly surprised when things are consistently good these days. To the two young guys we often see behind the counter, thanks for caring, you’re awesome!
