Service was not great. I ordered online and accidentally chose this address over the one further up on Lincoln highway. Let’s just say I’m not coming to this one again. The customer service was very poor. One girl at the counter was very kind and professional. There was a young man standing right beside the counter dropping the f bomb repeatedly while my young kids were standing right at the counter. He did apologize when I brought it to his attention that children were present. Totally unacceptable behavior for service. Three workers stood around at the counter while I waited for my food, complaining and talking about other coworkers. Which is funny because when I called for help to cancel my order online, the young man who answered rushed me off the phone telling me how slammed they were. We were the only people in the restaurant when we first arrived. I’m sure they were busy with take out but they had enough time to stand around complaining. Later I came up to order a few extras. I waited for five minutes to even be acknowledged. In the meantime, I watched the young man throwing metal pans across the kitchen landing with loud bangs. The floor in the back of the dining room by the bathrooms was so greasy we were slipping around on it for fun, but seriously, so gross. My son asked if we could leave and eat in the car because he said it was bad vibes in there!

I really loved the service which was courteous and respectful. The manager was a professionsl. She made me feel at home and relaxed. She gave me good directions. I cannot say enought good things about her, and my experience at that location: GREAT JOB GUYS!

Everytime you go to this burger king you will wait for FAST food. They never have enough people working. I ordered delivery and half my food was missing. I was told by a not so nice person in the store that they can’t just leave and bring me the food that’s missing. I didn’t even ask her to do that, all I said was that half my food was missing. They taped the receipt to the bag and still got it wrong. This has happened several times and I’ve let it go. But this time there was too much food missing. The app was not working correctly and the automated answer was that I would get an email. After getting the email I was told they would refund the food I didn’t receive but of course I had to wait the typical 7-10 days before I got the refund. All in all, I can’t expect much from Burger king and neither should anyone else. Pretty sad that this is how these fast food chains work while charging $13-14 for a meal.

I must say I am just a bit disappointed…. my burger which was supposed to be a whopper… had a ton of mayo and cheese but nothing else.. And the wait was more than 20 minutes… again I know with fast food it’s busy as hell but heavens to peets. Just a little mad at this one

I have tried this Burger King a handful of times and have never had a good experience.

The drive-thru takes so long that I wouldn’t go if there were more than two cars. I have waited over half an hour in there just to get to the speaker and still have to wait another 10 – 20 minutes to get my food at the window. Then the customer is pretty terrible too. They have rarely gotten my order correct and the employees are less than pleasant. I get that it’s not the greatest job but why be rude as a default?

They have an odd setup as far as their parking lot (very small) and especially their drive-thru. Once you get to the speaker and make your order, you are stuck because they have a small, very unnecessary little curb on the passenger side of the car.

I went there after it snowed and since the parking lot had not been plowed very well, my van slid after I placed my order and went off that curb. You couldn’t even tell there was a curb there because of all the snow. I got stuck. They came out and basically just let me sort it out myself. They offered no assistance. I had to call a tow truck to get it moved. Well, their drive-thru was shut down for a good while.

Needles to say that I am never going there again.

What I found in my way too runny vanilla milkshake was so disgusting I wanted to throw up. I sucked up through the straw, a sliver of plastic and a brown and black mushy ball that look like a napkin crumb from cleaning mold and dirt. The food was cold and dry and after the milkshake experience I threw everything away. I still feel sick thinking about it!!!

I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and each time you couldn’t hear the people through the drive thru and it took longer for my food. The fastest time I got my food was about 20 minutes and the longest was over a half hr closer to 45 minutes. This is inexcusable for fast food to take 30 minutes when no one is in the parking lot! Wouldn’t come here again if it was the last place on earth. When I got my spicy wrap it looked like it was just throw in all the sauces and thrown in a wrap. Biggest mess of a wrapped I’ve ever seen absolutely rediculous

What’s the point of ordering online if I cannot get it through the drive thru? Apparently, you have to go inside to get your order if you order through the app. Most places, if you order online, you can get it from the drive thru. Burger King, do better.
