The food was okay: kids menu was absolute complete garbage, no nutrition only just a source of orange with cheap ingredients. The burrito and duo taco was good but the burrito was too hollow and quite small. The duo tacos were good but the steak felt a bit bland. The chips there might be better than Chipotle’s. Menu is very small. Outside sets a good atmosphere. Self serve service. Service lady took a bit sand the food isn’t even made there, it’s just frozen warmed food that’s mildly hot. Although I have good pictures, the kids quesadilla couldn’t even look good with any texturing or modifying features. Inside of the restaurant was kind of empty. Looks a bit like a business. I think the food there is good but needs some more good features.

Arrived before they opened at 11 and there was a long line. I got the sonora bowl with chicken. It was delicious and despite what the menu says, it came with both rice and beans. It had some cabbage and sour cream in there which helped cool down the very mild spice. Lots of flavor, I didn’t need any of the salsa or packets they offer. Having tortilla chips would be nice and add some crunch with all the beans. Would definitely get again!

If you’re craving Mexican-American food, then this is your only option in Disneyland Park. This is located directly on your right when you walk into Frontierland.

This is also where Miguel from Coco and Mirabel from Encanto, along with other Latin Disney characters, occasionally visit for a meet and greet. There’s no exact time of when they come out because there’s no guarantee that they’ll show up. But it’s a nice surprise when they do show up!

There is no table service. This is one of their quick service restaurants. You’d order from a menu, pay at the register, then seat yourself. Cast members are nice, quick, & efficient. They only have outdoor seating. There’s surprisingly plenty of open tables and chairs being how busy the parks were that day.

The food itself is decent. Portions are small, considering its prices. I usually get the burritos. The burritos are slightly stuffed and seasoned well with a spicy kick. They’re served with chips and salsa, but they’re stingy with the amount of chips given.

This is home to the Horchata Cold Brew and Fresas con Crema. They also offer seasonal drinks. Some drinks are a hit or miss. The horchata cold brew is really good with equal ratios of coffee and horchata.

One of our Absolute favourites and must eat places. We love the selection of Mexican food, and the ambiance of the tables inside or out on the patio. Special tip that you can look for a line that is actually shorter so pay attention. And we always love getting the big Zocalo burrito if they still do it.(it’s not on the official menu but the secret menu.) we find it good value here and in the evenings the ambiance is even nicer.

Surprisingly quite a delicious chicken arepa I had at Rancho Zocalo. The Mexican feel through the restaurant felt quite authentic. Also had a side of bean and cheese burrito like any other bean and cheese burrito.

I visit Rancho del Zocolo when new items are introduced during the season or special events take place. I wouldn’t consider the food “authentic Mexican,” but if you enjoy trying new foods inspired by Mexican cuisine, it’s worth a try. The ordering process is cafeteria-style. You order from one of the staff members, who prepares the dishes. There are also grab-and-go snacks, along with a variety of fountain and bottled drinks. You then pay at the cashier. The portion sizes are decent to generous.

My most recent visit was for lunch, and the menu featured some seasonal items, including those in celebration of the 70th Anniversary, which I enjoyed. The Shrimp Ceviche had a refreshing taste with a spicy kick–a good item to share. The Fried Tamale Walking Taco was unique with bold flavors. My family also enjoyed the Chicken Caesar Salad and Sonoma Burrito Bowl.

The Iced Cafe de Olla and Cucumber Lime Agua Frescas were both refreshing and not overly sweet drink options. Desserts and snacks are also available.

There are plenty of patio seats with shade, as well as some indoor seating options. It’s a great place to relax. The staff have been kind and helped with your used trays and plates. They keep the area clean and tidy.

Mobile ordering is not offered at this restaurant, but the line moves pretty quickly. Magic Key pass holders also redeem their discounts here.

Nice atmosphere and well themed as expected from a Disney restaurant. The food was as expected, good but not great. Service was nice and quick. I would eat here again but could easily be swayed to eat somewhere else. If you’re hungry for Mexican food this will be adequate. We had the Sanora Bowl, enchiladas and street corn. All plates were big enough to fill you up.

Rancho Del Zocalo

Burrito Sonora with Beef

Descent for Disney, had a lot of rice and little meat. The red sauce over it was nothing to write home about.

Esquite Bowl

Flavorful esquite bowl, they added small tortilla chips to the mix which added a nice crunch. It needed more salsa so I added some from the packets they have outside from where you purchase. Tortilla chips are freshly made with a hint of lemon.

Soy Chorizo con Papa Tacos

It was a smaller portion than I was expecting but it was good. I wish they would give you bigger tortillas for the tacos or at least serve it with a side of beans and rice, instead of tortilla chips.

Mickey Shaped Churo Cream Puff

Tasty concha like dessert filled with lechera

Five-star evaluation is for their service! We found this restaurant when we were tired and hungry, and the queue time was not long, because they had staff to arrange tourists to order at different windows. The price is reasonable, the staff caters quickly, and even if the payment and catering are not together, it will not affect their work efficiency. We soon got our own food. When I went to look for the dining table after paying, I actually knocked over two meals on the plate. I was very embarrassed and depressed at that time! But the staff immediately found me, took me to another two identical meals, and told me that they were free, which surprised me and made me feel better. The environment is clean. When I went to get free food, the food I spilled on the ground had been cleaned up. The amount of food is enough. I haven’t finished one of my meals. Visitors with a small appetite can consider sharing one with two people. Awesome restaurant! Thank you! Keep my vacation happy!

Very delicious food! One thing that is odd though is they have a machine out to get drinks but no refills.i was standing there with my husband while my husband was filling up a cup and he drank some while at the stand and filled up what was drank a couple of times and then were told after I believe, no refills. Typically when machines are out and customer facing you are able to refill as many times as you’d like unless posted. I would be happy to pay for an extra drink if needed so please let me know any I can call and process payment with the park. Some of my favorite rice and beans here! Thank you!
