Solid four stars – very good! As a first time visitor to Epstein’s, I’m obligated by law to have pastrami on rye and potato knish with pickle – so that is exactly what I did.

Pastrami could have been slightly leaner, but I’m picky so no worries. I probably could have requested this and didn’t.

Menu has some other really good items and soups, which I will come back for in the near future.

Bathroom: 5 stars. Large, clean and well lit.

Looks like a hospital vibe when entering this place. Super unappealing. Food case is as sorry as it gets. Pastrami is super expensive and tasteless $35 a pound!! Better off going to deciccos and pick up pastrami for 1/3 of the price and microwave it yourself. Bland tasteless potato latkes served with no sour cream they only have vegan sour cream i guess the non kosher peoples money doesn’t matter to them. Definitely a miss

The staff was fantastic. I went right up to the order counter and was able to get service right away. My order came out relatively fast despite how busy they were. The food was excellent. I ordered the corned beef and pastrami sandwich. The deli meat was fresh and it tasted exactly the was you want a good jewish deli sandwich to taste. I will definitely be coming back for more!

Epstains deli is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The standards on the menu are great! Pastrami, Stuffed Cabbage, pickles! Dinner specials, etc.
Staff are pleasant, helpful, considerate. The ambiance is plain kosher deli. Lots of tables, comfortable interior. The sandwiches are great, but the rye bread is tasteless commercial packaged bread, needs some “tam”. They should be able to find a local real bakery for fresh bread.
The matzoh balls are perfect, but not the chicken soup, whic is reconstituted dehydrated, not the real thing. Perhaps they can do better as time goes on. This restaurant is a great addition, and is building clientele for the tables, and also takeout.

I have had the pleasure of eating at this establishment a few times now, it’s always so clean and the employees are so helpful. I really enjoyed their soups and love the pickles. The coleslaw and mac salad are also so yummy! I can’t get enough of the pastrami on rye! It’s so delicious, my family and I always look forward to eating at Epsteins!

For a $20 price tag on a plain pastrami sandwich, I got the equivalent to a half Katz sandwich. Latkes are a little dry and have an oil after-taste. Knish tasted microwaved. Smells like meat and cleaning detergent. Overall was not impressed.

Wow
Great place, had a Pastrami sandwich, home made Cole slaw. So good, was going to take home half a sandwich for my wife. I guess it’s the thought that counts. Congratulations on your new venture!!! We will be back often!

Service was wonderful and staff friendly. The matzah ball soup was so disappointing. It tasted like the stock was pure melted butter making it inedible. I purchased $26 of food and was charged $35. I understand tax but something is wrong.
