This location is the worst .. I ordered a hot cappuccino with coconut milk and a blueberry donut I get a frozen cappuccino. I tell the lady and she gives me some old coffee .. it was watered down seriously it was awful and the donuts tasted like the weekends donuts.. THEY NEED TO STEP IT UP HERE !!! Do they think we don’t know what a Cappuccino is?

First time going here, out of croissants, and out if hash browns. Ordered a sausage egg English muffin, muffin wasn’t toasted, egg had shells in it. If you have to say you are out if something multiple times in 1 order, your manager is failing you, and if you cant prepare a simple sandwich, your cook is failing you.

I’ve probably been here at least 25 times by now, always drive thru. Sure there can be a wait sometimes but it’s usually busy morning days so that’s to be expected. The workers are always polite and smile, the donuts have been great. My French vanilla Ice Cap is always perfect. Love this Tim Hortons!

Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I’ve lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you’ll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won’t have to wait 20 minutes. They’re always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.
Newwww entry. I’m done spending money here. They never have anything. I have lived in Lambertville for 8 years. I have never, in that amount of time, ordered hot food off the menu and not had some kind of problem. No scrambled eggs, the wrap toasting machine is broken, etc. They don’t toast thier muffins for the sandwiches, making them inedible. But they toast the crossaints for the sandwiches, which burns them, making them inedible, lol. 15 of the 40 timbits we ordered today came as mush stuffed in the bottom of the case. Aaaaaaand for the literal 4th time in a row, I ordered a hot drink and they tried to give it to us iced. I’ll go to Anthony’s from now on. If you’re going to treat your business like a turn key, you get what you get.
Another edit. Lol. The inside of the timbits are liquid. Liquid, guys. Yeesh. I bit into one and almost threw up.

Would not recommend this tim hortons. Only 2 cars ahead of us and we had to wait 15 minutes for food, then they came out with the wrong food and had to wait another 15 minutes. Got home and realized they forgot our 2 hasbrowns with our meals. Every time we go they are out of everything we want. Bacon this time, hasbrowns other times, eggs, etc. So many other similar reviews… you would think whoever is in charge of ordering would see this and then fix the ordering issue so there’s enough in stock for the customers.

Absolutely horrific service. When ordering a mobile order I got to the restaurant to find they don’t serve the newest iced Capp offered on both the app and their signage at the drive through. So I got a regular caramel iced Capp which is .10 cents cheaper but no big deal. When I got to the window I requested a bag due to having arthritis and not being able to carry all of the single items and drinks. The girl at the window replied “I suppose you want a drink carrier too”, well yes for 3 drinks. As she searched for a bag and carrier another woman poked her head out and told me the delivery bags cost .10 cents. Never mind that they owe me .10 cents for not getting me the right drink. So I pay the .10 cents and get my items bagged up.
After I drove away I find that I didn’t even get a caramel iced Capp but just a regular one. Will not return to this Tim Hortons.

I just pulled through and got 20 Timbits and all of the Honey Dipped are flat and very hard and it was 11:00 a.m. so they should have been fresh. I tried to call the restaurant and it seems like it’s not connected. And they were out of bottles of milk for the kids.

Was 4 star a year ago on my original review, now it’s a 3. I tried the new protein, sugar-free vanilla latte and I’m pretty sure they forgot the protein and the sugar-free vanilla. It tasted like straight coffee. This is what my cup looks like with only one drink out of it.

I ordered a small pumpkin spice latte. The cashier let me know they didn’t have the syrup for it(bummer) so I went with the Carmel apple latte instead, inquired about the amount of espresso, and asked and paid to add an additional shot of espresso, to which she said absolutely. The lady making the drinks hands me a cup that looks like straight milk. I asked if this had 3 shots of espresso and she said no. I told her I had paid extra for the additional espresso so she remade it. The drink came out the same color and I didn’t want to make a big deal. Disappointed for not getting what we pay for.

Staff is rude 90% of the time the drive though is a nightmare, they run out of plain bagels every weekend. Waiting in super long lines just to be yelled at by the manager. Someone who knows what they’re doing needs to step in and get this store some help and new training.
