Often poke bowl spot of mine. I only have ever gotten the cali bowl but I will continue getting it time and time again! Great portion for the size small that I usually get. Just wanted to point out the employee from today 3/3/26 at 12:30pm when I went. Didn’t see a name tag but she looked to be maybe 20-24 years old and had shoulder length black curly hair. She was so personable, attentive, helpful, and on it today! Great worker. Got pretty busy around 1pm and she was the only one taking orders and bringing them out. Heard her talking to customers when bringing their food- asking if things looked good, if they needed anything, apologizing for the wait when it had only been maybe 10 minutes since they ordered. Just seems like a reliant worker who really likes their job. Suggestion- get the workers name tags so I could’ve mentioned her name in here! :))

Quaint. Fresh healthy options and excellent service! Tried a couple of smoothies and a chicken bowl, all were fantastic. First time here but not the last

Cozy place, good for a quick bite. Seating inside and out. We tried fresh made coffee and delicious poke bowls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot behind the building as well as street parking along the side. Located on the first floor.

Zeke’s is such a gem in Virginia Beach ! I got an acaí bowl and my husband tried the Brazil Bowl. Both were fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying.
We decided to try a poke bowl for the first time and went with the Bubba Bowl… Wow! It was absolutely delicious, and the rice tasted so fresh.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the place is cozy and laid-back. They play great music, have convenient parking, and it’s just an all-around cool spot to hang out and enjoy good food. Highly recommend!!

I normally come here with my brother for a treat every few months, and this last time made my decision of not coming back.
I was not too bothered with the wait because it is a smaller establishment but busy since it was by the beachfront/convention center.
It went downhill from the order placing, customer service /delivery of food brought out to the table, and the cleanliness of the seating area.
My brother got the Blackbean omelet burritto, and I always grab my favorite the spinach salad with Blackened tuna.
His food was so so but the temperature could have been warmer with the egg.
On the other hand my salad was a big disappointment. I was not given the proper Soy ginger dressing but instead the very salty soy dressing that goes with the Poke/sushi bowls. By the time I realized the differences I had already poured on the dressing and started to eat it at this point I couldn’t finish the food due to the high salty taste and I had to drink water for the rest of the evening. My latte drink was watery, no flavor. The girl who brought out the food looked unhappy to be there working and the table we sat had some stickiness to the table top. At this point we just hurried to finish up due to the lack of attention and the busyness of the place there really wasn’t time to bring up the error to fix the orders. I will just find elsewhere to treat me and my brother too on the beach next time.

my first time trying this place, the tuna was so good. even though it didn’t look the picture. but i’m rating is a 2 star because the rice was probabaly the worst rice I had ever had. hard and dry. and coming from a place that sells poke, how is this possible. you pay extra for add ons, seaweed salad and crab to be exact. and there was BARELY any of that. it’s like the gave me the scraps.
i got delivery so this was definitely not worth the $33 i spent.
first photo is what it looked like when i first received it. not bad (but not the picture) second photo is to show how little seaweed salad they gave for charging $2.50.

A very busy restaurant with a very small dining area. A huge bohemian vibe. The physical plant is rather unimpressive, but the food is the polar opposite. I had the Bubba Bowl. Raw tuna, crab, and cooked shrimp. Marinated in ponds & sesame oil. Topped with green onion, sesame seeds, sushi ginger, seaweed salad, and avocado. It didn’t appear to be a lot of food. However, I was full when I left. I would eat it again.

If you enjoy poke, this is a great little spot to try. We both ordered tofu poke – the Cali and southwestern versions. Both were delicious. Also ordered a blue spirulina smoothie with mango. Everything was tasty. The place is packed around noon so go early or later.

(Plant-based reviewer) Highly recommend this spot!! This was my first time here and they totally won my heart. Not only was the food fantastic, but the guy that helped us at the counter was genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. We all know good customer service is almost non-existent these days, but this place totally exceeded expectations. When I asked for his recommendations for vegan meals he recommended the blackened Tofu Poke Bowl OG style or the avocado burger. I went with the bowl and it was amazing – seasoned to perfection. My fish loving friend got the Cali Poke Bowl and really enjoyed it. We also both got lattes afterwards, they have tons of milk alternative options and use great coffee ☕ This will be my new go-to place when I am in the area. Kudos for doing it right guys!!
