The three girls that work at night on the weekdays are amazing! They really deserve the praise and the raise! I came in and surprisingly all three greeted me at the same time. They literally made my time there enjoyable and my pizza was almost too good to be true! These should be the women in charge.

Made an order for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 20-30 minutes. Was attempting to feed my kids before I had to leave for an event. Delivery time kept getting pushed back and I had to leave 1.5 hours after ordering with the food not delivered yet. I ended up having to scramble to make them a different dinner.
When the food finally arrived (2 full hours later) all three items on the order were wrong. I ordered a hand-tossed half pepperoni/half cheese pizza and was delivered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. I ordered medium buffalo wings, and was delivered honey bbq. I ordered cheese sticks and was delivered regular bread sticks.
Needless to say this was pretty disappointing.

Excellent food and customer service! We had a big order and Shermain was extremely polite and helpful. Two employees helped me get everything out to my car. The pizzas were perfect! Thanks very much! 🙂

So as you can see in the pictures my bread sticks were halfway seasoned. My pizza was burnt…My other pizza had the completely WRONG toppings. This is just so unacceptable especially coming from 2 managers that were working the night I ordered this! I was even nice enough to tip them for them to do me like this is ridiculous!!!

We ordered a large Meat Lover’s pizza and some wings from the Pizza Hut on Rainbow Blvd in KC, and everything was absolutely top-notch! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — honestly the best we’ve had in a long time. But what really stood out was the incredible customer service from Shermaine. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and treated us with such kindness and professionalism. The food was amazing, but Shermaine’s service truly made the experience five stars.

I’m not one who usually leaves reviews but I do not want others to get the same treatment. I would like to start off with how unprofessional the staff at this location is. They have very rude employees who apparently don’t like nor want to do their job. Even call center has rude agents. We have ordered twice from here and they tell us thirty minutes and it took hour and a half each time. One time pizza was very doughy and not done, wrong sauce on wings, sent a diet Dr pepper instead of normal Dr pepper, and breadsticks were hard as a rock. Every single thing wrong with our order. Second time food was not warm as they had it as a carry out, not delivery. This will be our last time ordering from this location.

Ordered from here they got the order wrong they gave us wings with no sauce and were missing the pasta I ordered with it. I called the about the order they asked if I wanted a remake I said yes then it got here they wanted me to pay again for the order? When I called was told to contact customer service cause I paid in cash which when I did they told me to contact the store.

Manager at here is trash. Placed order for delivery and it’s now been 2 hours and it still ain’t been delivered. Called to try to complain about it and the manager hung up on me and only said that someone should have knocked. When I called back, that woman sent me to their call center. I got told that they are waiting for a driver to get my order. All the while they marked it in the app as if it was already delivered. Worthless management, don’t order from this location when she’s working there
