What a cute spot right in downtown Loomis! Stopped by for breakfast and what a delicious breakfast it was! The service was excellent, our waitress was wonderful and the food was excellent. I ordered the del oro omelette and it was chuck full of fresh delicious veggies.

The omelet with bacon and veggies, crispy hash browns, and fresh orange slices were spot on. The toast was perfectly crunchy, and the dessert with ice cream and whipped cream was next level. Cozy vibe, generous portions, and beautiful presentation. A perfect place for a solid and delicious morning!

The longest we’ve needed to wait has been 15 minutes, but they have a drink stand outside so you can have coffee or water while you wait to be seated. The coffee was tasty. Both Lillian and Dee Dee have given us excellent service. We had a couple of their daily specials. My wife loves the banana blueberry pancakes and the Monte Cristo. My daughter and I enjoy the chicken fried steak wet burrito and the patty melt. The corned beef and eggs are outstanding too.
The only complaint is that the back room gets so darn loud when it’s busy. Some wall hangings would probably solve the problem.

Super yummy flavors and generous portions. Both “comfort food” and good options for eating “healthy”. Will be coming back!
Update for 2020: Still love this place! Had the taco basket today and it was great! Very filling – three tacos PLUS a side of home-fried tortillachips and yummy salsa. My lunch partner enjoys their salmon pesto sandwich so much that’s all I’ve seen her order, every time!

Another in the series of chance Eatery Goodness while on the road. Cheerful staff, great food. We had the Loco Moco, which while not an exotic dish seemed an unusual menu offering and thereby required order – excellent! And a turkey+green chilies grilled cheese sandwich with generous fruit side, also excellent.
