If we’re in El Centro, we HAVE TO stop here and get their Special Quesadilla. I get Ranchero Steak. I crave this dish. Enough food for 1 large dude and enough to take home left overs.
Their chips and salsa are PERFECTION. Just a little bit of building heat, chips have flavor and a great crunch.

I was there for 1st time. The service was slow, but the plates were delicious . I saw a waitress who assisted us entering the restroom, and l wait until she’s done to go due to it having 1 toilet. She just runs to assist to another table. When l done my business in the restroom, l water my hands, but the soap container does not have the liquid soap bag refill. I remembered l saw outside both restrooms [man/woman] hands sanitizers stands. When l tried to use it, it was obviously empty. I tried to use the outside guys’ restroom hands sanitizer, but it looks like it wasn’t refilled for a long time like the other two. Immediately, it comes to my mind seeing the waitress when placed on my plate on the table, her tumb touching my food… I won’t back there anymore…

Saw this place online and had some good reviews. Stopped in while in Imperial and it was so quaint. Nice family ran business and very friendly too. I had the shrimp taco plate and it was good. Wishing for some lime crema sauce but it still was delicious. Hubby had a Como taco/burrito and he really liked it. Now they have a Special quesodilla that is huge! Kinda like a empanada on steroids or a huge Mexican calzone. It’s really fantastic. We got ours with Carne asada and will enjoy it for dinner tonight.

I’ve been going here since I was 8 (now 32) and NEVER had a bad experience with any of the food or staff. It’s always a friendly and inviting vibe while serving delicious, authentic Mexican food. I still go here despite living 3 hours from it now.

Really good … special enchilada with chicke. HUGE so be careful Definitely wasn’t able to finish it solo. I had chicken and it has a really nice garlicky undertone. Not sure if it’s a spread or the marinade but super tasty. Used the salsa as a topping per bite and it was perfect!

Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch. The food was a bit expensive especially for lunch, but it sure was tasty! The service was exceptional and would absolutely recommend the Pollo Asado Plate. I hope I’m am in the area soon so I can eat there again.
