I tried very hard to find a HR number to call. Online doesn’t employ humans I guess. Anyway, I would like to highly commend Sergio and his staff for they’re great service. Fast and polite. Very respectful. Food was hot and not sloppy like alot of different places throughout the Vancouver/Portland area. 5 stars across the board easily. Thank you guys!

Place sucks. Ordered 2 ultimate steakhouse burger meals. Made one like a rodeo. Ended up with 2 rodeo burgers. After asking for a refund for that meal only (as I dont come out often) I was told no but I can have a coupon (that would expire before I was able to come back). This is why I go to the airport way location only. James and Tami are way nicer and respectful than this location.

Employees who works here are great. However they are under staffed. Given how busy this area is, they need to staff up. Multiple time I had experienced slow service. This Burger King on the dead to me list.

Specifically have asked for them not to put certain allergen foods on my burger to end up with them filled with the allergen to where I cannot eat any of it because it is now very contaminated. This was after the items to not put on them had been told to the kitchen staff 4 times. Very unimpressed that they are becoming equal in quality to the 205/Mill Plain store.

Went today for lunch. Hamburger patty was not only super dry and old but it was burnt. The top bun was so dried out I couldn’t even eat it. Very very disappointing. The fries were fresh though.

Ordered on door dash, an hour before closing. Door dash order had no customization options to the bacon king meal, when arrived it arrived with no seasoning, no bacon and no cheese, but an ungodly amount of mayo and ketchup! I looked over our door dash reciept and it shows the only customization to the order was no ice with the second meal! BUT the reciept on the bag shows no cheese and no bacon! Yalls system or your worker messed up. I tried to call you about this. Still 30 min before you closed, there was no answer and at some point it seemed that the phone connected then was hung up. Please do better. Thanks

Very clean store! Food cooked and presented in a manner that was better than most places (smashed) The General manager Sergio is top notch! I asked if they were serving lunch yet and he said not for another 30 minutes but what would I like and he made it fresh on the spot for me! This is rare to find someone who really takes care of the customer, give this man a bonus! Thanks Sergio.

I don’t know why I keep going back. Long waits in the drive thru (13 minutes from order to getting food). When I get food it’s cold.
Today I tried again and got the ghost pepper whopper. Here’s the photo. The cheese on the hamburger side was hard as a rock and on the bun side it was like a cheese whiz.
I just can’t recommend this location. It’s been several trips here (one where I waited 17 minutes and just left) of delayed cold (fast) food.
