I went back the next day when the store opened and spoke with a manager
and she corrected my issue from the day before.. Thank you so much to her..
Service was Good. SO I thought until I got home. And opened my order.. I paid almost $18.00 for everything to be half full or less then half full.. I requested 2 Breast and paid extra and got 2 thighs.. Fries were old and burnt and I was so mad I just threw away the Okra before I could take a picture.. Half empty and burnt as well.. Super disappointed and upset that I wasted my money and time..

Food is so good, I believe the night manager is named Melanie, I came in on several occasions and she was taking and filling orders, she was pleasant, had a smile on her face and never complained even when they were short handed, she is awesome

So online as far as I know church is closed at 11:00 on Fridays he told me that they close at 9:30 10:00 on Fridays and they’re no longer serving chicken so I just want the owners to know what the store manager is allowing the employees to do that when Google says 11:00

Came through to get my grandma some chicken tonight… the girl on the speaker was being way too quiet to the point where we could barely hear her. After having to get her to repeat herself a few times, some obnoxiously rude girl took over yelling at us through the speaker.
Despite the attitude from the employees, we made our order and pulled around to the front. We asked for fresh chicken and told them we were willing to wait, which we did. Upon getting our food and leaving, we realized they didn’t put some items in our order… the chicken we were served was a mix of old and fresh… the old chicken was hard as a brick… the “fresh” chicken wasn’t even cooked, they gave us half-cooked chicken that was still bloody and gooey on the inside… which is a good way to give FOOD POISONING to your customers… you people need to get this under control, you’re going to get sued serving people boxes of pure salmonella poisoning.

I came to this churches March 10 2025 about a 2 piece spicy breast and wing. I asked if there were any fresh chicken up. I would wait if they had some cooking. I was told the spicy chicken just came up. When I got home, the chicken was hard as a brick and cold. I took the chicken back. And asked the manager, did they have some cooking? And she instantly said, no, they would give me a refund she started being very rude and loud. When I asked for like a district manager number
She told me to Google it.
This woman really made me act out my of character she was very rude and her wig made her uglier then she was. I see why she only made eight dollars an hour.
