One of the best sushi restaurants in Arizona. Top quality food. Huge and diverse vegan menu for those who eat plant based. The owners and staff are some of the kindest most welcoming people youll find at a sushi restaurant. I cant say enough good things. I have a new favorite everytime I go. Vegan Hand Roll, Spicey Tuna Crispy Rice Cake, and Vegan Rainbow Roll are currently at the top of my list.

Such an amazing spot! The sushi is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the staff is super friendly. The specialty rolls are seriously delicious, and the spicy tuna rice cake app is fantastic! This is the best sushi restaurant in AZ. The food & sushi rolls are phenomenal. All of the rolls are very flavorful & delicious. The fish is always fresh & tastes wonderful. We dine in here all of the time. The staff are awesome & always take great care of us. You have to try these phenomenal rolls. The Salmon Holic, Hans Roll, Playboy, Sunrise Roll, Scorpion Roll, Cherry Blossom, Sexy Roll, Over the Rainbow, Spicy Rainbow, Spicy Tuna.

Went with a party of six on a weekday night, and were seated immediately. Friendly staff. Extensive menu! A bit overwhelming. But this is likely the only spot serving up vegan sushi in the Valley. It did not disappoint. Glad the meat eaters and vegetarians in our family could enjoy Japanese food together. Even our picky preteen found something on the menu she enjoyed. Recommend the OMG roll, and the vegan pumpkin roll and playboll rolls. All were delicious.

This is my favorite restaurant for sushi. They have the most vegan sushi options I have seen in the east valley. The crunchy onion roll was perfectly savory, the tofu roll had a touch of sweet to it, and the crunchy shrimp roll was not too spicy at all. The staff is courteous and helpful and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I have also ordered takeout from here before and it met my expectations. You don’t want to miss out on Yanagi Sushi, you will not be disappointed.

Update. Back for the delicious vegan options. So many. 2 pages of the menu plus a special board. Rainbow roll is classic. The deep fried spicy tuna was great. And the lollipop was fun.

Its very small place for hangout but the food is really delicious. We tried popcorn shrimp, spring roll, shrimp tempura, vegan shrimp crunchy roll all are so delicious and mouth watering. Price also very reasonable as compare to other restaurant.
