Call me old fashioned but if I’m paying over $7 for a cup of coffee (I like to add espresso shots so it’s more $) it should be full and I shouldn’t have to ask to have it remade after waiting through a long line. Come here quite often and staff is typically friendly and efficient.

As I’m handing my drink through the drive-thru I see the girl with a lot of paper towels cleaning something up. And she hands me my vente it’s extremely light I take off the top it’s only about half full. There’s no way she couldn’t tell it was too late. Trying to cover for their own mistakes. When you pay almost $6 for a cup of coffee you would expect a cup of coffee not half of cup.

I’m not sure if it’s a Corporate or store policy to not provide water unless you pay for something, but maybe give your employees the freedom to exercise some discretion when they tell them their kid has something stuck in their throat and could use some water. Even if I was lying…it’s just water.

Verona, the girl who took my order, is extremely friendly and assisted me in selecting a delightful holiday coffee. Additionally, she possesses a charming appearance, similar to everyone else working here who adorn bandanas and maintain spotless uniforms.
This particular Starbucks location stands out due to its unmatched level of busyness.

However, amidst the bustling environment, I couldn’t help but notice Jacob, the barista, who displayed remarkable concentration as he flawlessly prepared various delectable recipes, so many at the same time.

I had a great time observing and witnessing the teamwork, especially Jacob multitasking and making multiple coffees simultaneously. I felt compelled to inquire about his name and commend him for his efforts.

This is a good Starbucks. They about quadrupled their seating. Staff is helpful and friendly. They’re also fast. At times this is a high volume store, but the staff speeds through the line. Get the brownie and ask them to heat it ip. You won’t be disappointed if you like them chewy, which is of course the best way. You people who like them the cake way are just wrong.

The recent experience at Starbucks left much to be desired! A $100 gift card purchase became prolonged due to a barista error, prompting the customer to request a restart. Despite the growing line of customers and a transaction surpassing 10 minutes, there was a notable absence of apologies or acknowledgment from any employee!

This raises my concerns about whether Starbucks’ expansion has compromised the once integral aspect of customer service in the Starbucks experience. My second visit during my travels this week to a Starbucks has ended in disappointment!!

This store has turned around in the last 1-2 months. I’m not super sure what has changed. But when you walk in everyone is friendly, it smells clean, and the staff is always the first to say hello. To whoever is leading or in charge of the changes being made, hats off to you.
