Had a lovely visit here with my mom and my son, and it turned into a really enjoyable family meal overall. The Classic Philly I ordered was fantastic – full of flavor and cooked just right, easily the highlight of the meal. The sweet tea was also very good and hit the spot.The atmosphere felt very kid-appropriate, so it was a comfortable place to bring my son and relax while we ate. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, which made the experience even better. The only miss were the fries, which tasted like they had been sitting a bit too long, but everything else made this a place we would happily visit again.

Remi …. Horrible server! Tried to give us wings off another table that we watched the people touch ! Then had the nerve to charge us 20% gratuity because she said we were with the two tables beside us !! What bull – we knew one table beside us that had 2 adults and two kids then we had 2 at our table.

Tater tot’s were good, nice and crunchy. Ordered 6 wings with no sauce, wasn’t expecting wings to be completely unseasoned! Some salt and pepper would have been nice. Everyone doesn’t like sauce, help us out an season the wings! Would only have left one star by the tots were good! A true waste of money!

While I’ve been coming to the basement off an on for years, we started coming every Tuesday a little over a month ago for the good food and because of singo bingo.
The food is consistently great. While they have a large menu, I have yet to encounter an item that has been not been cooked well and we have been eating the menu here over the past few weeks.
Today I ordered the chicken philly and onion rings, while the Mrs ordered 6 wings and tots. The Chicken Philly was excellent, and the onion rings were cooked perfectly. My wifes wings looked perfect, but I’ll never know because I was threatened with a fork to the hand the tots though were perfectly crisp.
Our waitress Casey has been a treat and she definitely makes the best margaritas out of the entire bar staff.

A Plus PowerWash
Ordered 18 wings(hot hot hot, hot garlic, and Jerk)to go using google’s online ordering process which worked perfectly. Recently moved to Portage Lakes and wanted to try the best wings around which this establishment came up as the closest and the best. Couldn’t have been more disappointed. The hot garlic wings were basically sauceless, and as dry as a popcorn fart! All the wings were dry and small. Double grilled is a waste of money. The hot hot hot were well seasoned but dry and burnt. Terrible! Go elsewhere for wings for sure!

Update, I did not attempt to contact the owner as she requested in her response to me from my first post but I did return once to this restaurant by myself and again with my co-workers. The wings were good those 2 times, I hope things are back to normal that was what I was hoping for with my first posting !!!! Now I’m hoping for consistency, cause I really like this place.
It’s a shame when a good Sports-bar/restaurant with good food has a cook or cooks that miss use their reputation.
I recommended to one of the attorneys in our office this place for lunch he likes wings and I always liked the wings here so 4 of us from the office went. He loved the wings a week later we came back and got wings again. It was clear to us that the wings had been pre cooked halfway then when the order came in, the cook finished cooking them. Cooks do this for seed, you can tell when a cook. does that because the meat on the wings are hard to chew and they don’t taste very good . Winking Lizard is good for this. That’s why I stop going there.
Other food here is good and service is great.
