1st time to stop at Wendy’s in McComb. We had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Bacon Double Cheeseburger. $1 Frostees were great! Floors were EXTREMELY sticky!!! Food was good. Easy access right off 98W. Salted Caramel Frosties are GREAT!!

Came in at 6:30PM. Half the floor was so sticky my shoes were getting stuck. The bathroom had no caution signs but the floors were SLIPPERY like some oil was there, not mop water. As I was exiting the restroom I slipped and grabbed the door frame. The door swang closed and it was too heavy for me to stop and smashed my hand. Immediate bruise. I would like this franchise owner to explain how someone with limited mobility or disability is supposed to navigate this entire restaurant? What a disgrace. Not ADA compliant and I will be filing a complaint.

Service was awful cook in the back kept blurting out the f word. A guy he was.hardly no drinks in the drink machine young lady after we got water she went to fill it up and layed the drink pouches on the floor and was still there when we left also asked for dinner in got it in to go bags. Food was good even though I didn’t get my fries AND the burger was not the one I ordered. I ate it anyway because I wasn’t driving 10 miles to argue with them, plus no receipt makes it hard to argue if they messed up. Probably will not be going back to that particular one.

Every time we come to this Wendy’s they forget to put things in our bags. We thought maybe if we went inside and not drive through they’d remember but no, they didn’t. Still forgot something in our order. We prefer the Wendy’s on Delaware avenue!

Everytime I come to this location something is left out of my order. And I would love to know HOW HARD IS IT TO READ A SCREEN AND PUT THE ITEMS FROM THE SCREEN INTO THE BAG. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate on Monday because this is more then 10 times this has happened at this location and at this point. You’re playing with my money and I’m over it.

Drive thru service was horrible. We were asked to move forward to wait for our order. When they brought us our food they were missing 1/3 of our order and another 1/3 was wrong (a burger instead of chicken nuggets). I brought the wrong food back and told them we were missing part of our order. After a 15 minute wait they brought the missing part of our order and the same burger back. The employee argued we had to take it because that’s what the order said, instead of correcting it. Total time from wait in line at this point was 25 minutes. We still didn’t get part of our order and were tired of waiting. Store was locked so we couldn’t speak with the manager. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. They don’t care about dietary restrictions. I asked for no mayo or cheese because of an egg and dairy allergy. Well, guess what my burger had…. mayo and cheese. We had already waited in the line forever, so we just left and went to Sonic because they always get it right. Stay far away from this place unless you want to be treated terribly and waste money on food you can’t eat.
