Great hotel bar. Our bartender Jamaal was awesome, really lightened up the mood, and made some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in St Louis. Extra bonus for having Guinness on draught Looking forward to coming back and staying at the Westin the next time I’m in St Louis.

The reviews here saying service is slow, are true. I was here for lunch around 1:30 or so and after my burger was dropped off, that was it. I hardly saw my waitress again except for when she was busy walking by talking with her coworkers.
I was the only one there eating…..the place was empty, yet –
* I had to get my own ketchup
* I had to flag her down to get a drink refill. I gave up trying to get a second drink refill because it wasn’t worth the energy trying to track her down.
* Afterwards I had to flag down another random waiter to be able to pay my bill after waiting a while for someone to come back over.
The waiters are nice enough. Good attitude. Just super, super inattentive. For the hotel premium you pay for food here, I expected better (and I do get better across the street).

very nice place! the young man serving us was very respectful and sweet. we came pretty late and he made us some very tasty cocktails. the burgers are cheesey and messy in the best way. crispy fries and really fresh ranch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LATE NIGHT HERE!!!

Waitied for about 10 minutes and apparently I’m invisible. Two different people came over and asked me if I was ready to order and I said yes and then they walked away and started serving other people including a couple right next to me who had already eaten but she asked if they wanted extra mimosas

A Solid Hotel Restaurant for a Quick and Convenient Bite.
I was staying at the Westin for a business trip, waiting for my room to be ready and it was close enough to lunch. I started off with the Toasted Ravioli ($8) with marinara sauce and it came out quick. It was sprinkled with parmesan cheese and tasted good. My only recommendation would be to cook them for one minute less, so they do not come out softer.
I also ordered the Pollo Panini ($14), a grilled chicken breast, with baby spinach, heirloom tomato, fontina, and pesto. The sandwich was solid, good taste, and could have used more pesto. However, the side… a fennel and orange slaw, was tremendous! Never had anything like it and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would have ordered a couple more sides!
Overall, this was a good restaurant that served its purpose, coupled to a hotel. You can come down for a convenient, good meal for lunch or dinner.

Best experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a while..food was great service was outstanding Christa was very attentive to my needs and jasmine being easy on the eyes prep and served my meal just how I needed..thanks again ill be back
