When I ordered and got the notification it was ready when I got there. The pizza and wings were perfect. The pizza toppings were just right not to much and not to little. It was delicious my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff especially the manager Sherry were very polite and made the experience that much better. We will be ordering agian.

This was the best pizza I’ve had since coming to GA. We’ve brought pizzas from just about every where around town including Pizza Hut itself. But, this night on 04/29/24 was the best pizza ever. We brought our Pizza from Pizza Hut on Northside Dr.. The employees were very polite and well mannered. We ordered a large Meat Lovers pan pizza with extra Italian sausage, extra pork & mushrooms. When they brought out Pizza to the counter, they showed us our order & asked if was correct. CONGRATULATIONS to the staff. Our hats goes off to them.

I pulled into their parking lot and placed an online order for a large pan pepperoni lovers pizza add mushrooms and onions. After 20 minutes the app said my order was ready and I proceeded inside. After about 10 minutes they came to the counter and informed me they lost my order
The manager tried to make it right by asking his team to stop what they were doing and remake it. I waited another 20 minutes (which I didn’t mind) got my pizza and headed to my hotel. I was really really disappointed when I opened the box to find a medium hand tossed pizza with barely any mushrooms or onions and zero pepperoni. Epic fail!

I had an excellent experience at the Pizza Hut on Northside Dr! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The team was friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated how clean and welcoming the restaurant felt.
A special shout-out to the manager, Sherry, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our order. It’s clear they take great pride in running a smooth operation and making customers feel valued.
We ordered a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza and some wings—everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. This location has definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend if you’re in the Valdosta area!

Ordered a stuffed crust pan pizza that cost just over $20 and when we got it home, opened the box to find that the crust was no thicker that the box it came in. Will not be eating from here ever again. The worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.

Awful, I ordered a pizza and 2Lt with there Melt (completely unfolded) and they didn’t deliver the drink and when I open the box I noticed 1/3rd of the pizza didn’t even have cheese or sauce/was stale like it sat in hot box all day. So I was like okay this isn’t that bad I’ve had worse ill just call and let them know hopping I could at least get my drink I purchased. Upon calling I let the man over the phone “hey just calling I had a missing item from my delivery.” I immediately received a “OkAaaaaaaay…? 1 sec” and was put on hold. I’ve been on hold for 41Min as the time of writing this review. (Mind you they used doordash to deliver so I was told “that’s something u got to take up with the store originally.” Decided to hang up and call back (wrong move) now they wont even answer my call.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and was blown away by the exceptional service and quality. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
What really stood out was the management. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship — the staff were efficient, courteous, and clearly well-trained. My order was taken promptly, prepared quickly, and delivered to me piping hot and exactly as requested.
The pizza? Absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and generous toppings. Even during a busy dinner rush, the staff stayed attentive and professional, checking in to make sure everything was perfect.
It’s clear this location is run by someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Great leadership, great food, and great service — what more could you ask for?
Highly recommend this Pizza Hut. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Placed order over the phone order never came even got a call from the delivery driver saying he was at a the address guy never showed up if can just pay cash at least if they don’t come you don’t gotta wait 3 business days to dispute the charges
