I know how it can be stressful but fact of the matter is that mine and my wife’s burgers had hairs in our food is disgusting! Manger was rude when contact and patty won’t even cooked properly had a rubber texture when i bit it.

I came here Saturday 6/21. Very clean facility, staff was friendly and upbeat. GM working this day was on his A game listening and leading the team. Food was fresh and on point. I have been very disappointed with a lot of Burger Kings over the last few year but will definitely come back to this one.

14 Nov 2025 @ 13:20. Stop by for a quick lunch for our 28th wedding anniversary. We always get the same thing, I app order, get our food. My bacon cheeseburger is hard, cold, inedible. I walked in and told them that. A very kind gentleman looked genuinely surprised and went to rectify my issue. He came back with the best bacon cheeseburger I’ve had. He turned what could have been a disaster into one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Thank you kind sir. I do appreciate your kindness and service you provided.

Just had the drive thru worker pour my fries on my lap because she stuffed and ripped the bag she handed to me. Then when I asked for a replacement the “manager” had a nasty attitude and then used vulgar language to me and my wife. Then when we left we were chased out but the back area employees that decided to take pictures of us. I’m filling a police report. I’m not sure how many bad reviews it takes for Burger King to fire their bad employees but this location needs to fire and hire new people the ground up. Burger King needs to stop hiring these people

Service was super slow even though they didn’t appear to be that busy. Several employees were just standing around. The store wasn’t super messy but one of the employees standing around could have been cleaning or helping to expedite service in some way. The person making the food was moving so slowly I could have been out much quicker if they moved at a normal pace. The food was hot and fresh but for if I had known it would be such a long wait would have gone somewhere else.

Manager took a personal phone call while serving cymustomers at the window, rude to my wife, denied taking two different orders and saying they were in a rush when they were not. Very unprofessional and blatantly rude for no reason. Worst experience with Burger King. When i called to voice a complaint with management i asked tonspeak to the manager and as i began to explain the issues she hung up on me. Recommend avoiding this location. Corporate needs to walk through and address all issues with employees.

I went in to order a single iced tea, but I was immediately told there would be a 15-minute wait. That seemed excessive for such a simple item, and when I asked about it, the woman at the counter was noticeably rude and dismissive.
I understand things can get busy, but I was surprised by both the delay and the tone of the service. Lady requires a Customer Service lesson followed by an Advanced Customer Service Course! UNACCEPTABLE! I WILL NEVER RETUEN AND I WILL TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!

Chicken sandwich tastes good. Chicken was crispy and bread was good as well. I liked their apple juice. Waiting time approximately 10 minutes. Drive through available. Service good. Price reasonable.

Extremely rude! Made an online order and they were out of half the things I ordered and you would think by the ladies attitude that it was MY fault. Extremely bad attitude and I said thank you several times with absolutely no response at all. It’s not MY fault you hate your job, but I work customer service too and you can definitely fake it. Horrible.

1/31/26 had an incident with the manager at 8:00pm . They got are order wrong as always and when confronted she was so rude and very unproffesional, she was screaming and laughing at my child. She needs to be fired. She had no customer service skills at all.
