I usually stop by a different location, but this one is close to my work and I got a hankering for some pizza the other day. Instead of the typical atmosphere I was expecting, I was greeted by a well-oiled machine of efficiency, kindness and freshness! No wonder there were cars lined up to the street to grab lunch at this location! I asked the names of some of the folks working so I could shout them out, so Kayla and Isaac, kudos to you for taking care of me and everybody else who popped in at the same time. Very impressive. I love it when a chain franchise takes pride in their spot like this team seemed to. 10/10 will be back again asap!!!

The pizza was good,but they said between 6:08-6:13.
They didn’t have it ready till 6:28.
We had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes.
People who were coming in weren’t very happy.
We did not go through the drive thru.

The workers seemed less than enthusiastic to be there and just kinda seemed like they wanted to finish the order and move on. Speed and order accuracy was very good they had our pizzas made and everything was correct on the order. The store was really clean. And the pizza was hot.

Ordered a sausage pizza and waited nearly 50 minutes for it to arrive, only to find mushrooms hidden in it. Normally not a big deal, but my family is allergic. When I called, they said I could get a replacement anytime. However, when I called back later, they claimed I had already picked it up—which I hadn’t. The general manager even accused me of lying. Extremely disappointing experience with both the slow service and the unprofessional handling of the situation.

I pass by this Little Caesars after getting off from closing work. It’s usually dead right before closing with at most 2-3 cars in the parking lot. So tonight, 5/28/25, I decided I wanted to get some pizza. Only to find out the place is busier than grand opening Wal-Mart. I’ve worked a long 9+ hour shift so I’m pretty hungry. I order a hot-n-ready pepperoni only to be told its going to take a few minutes. I’m tired and hungry, I don’t have a few minutes. That’s why I ordered a hot-n-ready. That’s the whole point of hot-n-ready. So you don’t have to wait! But I guess this Little Caesars didn’t get the memo.

Every time I try to get a hot n ready for this location I highly regret it. Multiple times in the past month I’ve waited no exaggeration an hour for one so called hot n ready. Why does this location not have pizzas ready and why is it so long of a wait?! I could get one delivered custom made from any other pizza location around here instead.

Drive-thru service was quick and our food came out hot and ready as advertised. The pizza puffs were delicious. They didn’t even make it to the house. The hot n ready pizza was fresh and very good for a cheese pizza.
