Unexpected Valentine’s Day date, but totally cool spot to hang out. Enjoy a beer and have a surprisingly good pizza.

One of my favorite pizza joints in Ft. Collins. In noce weather they have a really good back patio also. Wood fire burnt pizza is always crispy and hot, the staff was extremely friendly and the tables have great spacing to not feel like a sardien.

Took my son for a boys night. He had a pepperoni pizza and I ordered the lasagna pizza. We sat at the bar because it was hopping tonight. Our server was Ambrosia and she recommended adding Kalamata olives to the lasagna pizza that I ordered. It was a perfect combination. We like a thinner crust on occasion and it was really good. However, the service was amazing. Ambrosia and Lucy did an awesome job taking care of us. What’s better than pizza and a beer and a basketball game and some great conversation? We had a great experience.

It’s a great neighborhood place, clean, friendly, casual atmosphere. I especially l8ked that it wasn’t blaring with loud music and TV sports everywhere. Has a nice open outside area too, when it’s warm out.

Traveled 55 miles here to try out JJ’s Wood Fired Pizza. Didn’t just travel here for pizza, but did some shopping up here too. Enjoyed the clean open atmosphere and the pizza. Ordered gluten-free bread for one pizza. The gluten-free option wasn’t too bad. When you see the inside looks uncooked but it wasn’t. A lot better than hard gluten-free choices out there. Would visit again when I’m in the area.

This was a long overdue visit… I hear a lot about JJ’s Wood Fired Pizza, but it’s literally as far away from my home as I could go and still be in Fort Collins. Nice atmosphere, very appropriate for families. The pizza had very good flavor, but pretty shy on toppings. Our salads were fresh and tasty, but for me it’s off-putting to be served out of an aluminum bowl with plastic lid… Good selection of beer! And the employees were ALL friendly and helpful! Because of the distance, I won’t be making this a regular hangout. Maybe when our grandkids are old enough to enjoy pizza…

The pizza was pretty good, I would recommend a different sauce then the marinara. The crust was slightly more chewy/tough than I like it. It was my first time in and I olny ordered the one topping lunch deal so look forward to going again and trying something else. My hubby really liked the wings.

Was not what I expected. The pizza was so small!! For $17 each pizza you could get a bigger pizza double the size at little caesars for $5! Pizza was so chewy Pizza was cold and tasted funny and topping fell off. Chicken wings tasted off as well like they don’t change the oil or like they use a microwave. For $40 I could have homemade a better one myself. I will stick to Pizza Hut. I couldn’t even finish the food. The atmosphere inside seemed kind of cool but the lady checking me out seemed to have an attitude.

We lived in Italy for four years with the Army. Upon our return to the US we longed for REAL pizza – FOUND IT! JJ’s is the most authentic Italian pizza we have had after searching probably 20-30 pizza shops since our return. Go for the Matteo or the Adamo…you won’t be disappointed!!!!!
