Back in 2024, I visited this establishment twice and the bartender kindly informed my party that all of the beer on tap was warm (temperature-wise), so we ended up taking our business elsewhere. January 24, 2026 I ended up trying Limericks Tavern again as a DD. There was a roach crawling on the counter where the drinks were & the bartenders watched it crawl and a lady seated next to us had said, “Why are you making it crawl this way?” (She ended up being the manager and watched all of this unfold). One of her young female bartenders was giving my step-dad (an Iraq Veteran) the stink eye, the whole time the bug problem took place like it was his fault. The other young female bartender who served us also ended up talking badly with her which the cameras would have also captured. When my step-dad went to use the bathroom (he is a below-knee amputee) one of the young female bartenders was giving him a dirty look and then had asked him what he was looking at her for. The whole staff got involved and I had informed them that the young female bartender was giving them a dirty look and the other young female bartender had said, “I was watching too, and no she wasn’t” which was very disrespectful because I had also watched her talk shit about my family to the other bartender & the cameras caught it too. Both of the young bartenders could give dirty looks to the paying customers, but couldn’t deal with the bug on the counter? (Mind you the manager of the place watched them not deal with the roach). If this place has cameras, everything would’ve been caught on camera & you need to give your staff a new training on how to treat paying customers (who were also nothing, but nice to them before this incident.) I will not be recommending this place or going back. God bless.

I stopped by Limericks Tavern recently, and it immediately became one of my new favorite spots. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, and the first thing that impressed me was that they have Smithwick’s on tap — a rare find and always a huge plus in my book.

The bartender was awesome the entire night. Super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever feeling intrusive. Drinks were poured perfectly, and service stayed consistent even as the place got busier.

Overall, Limericks Tavern delivered exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you walk into an Irish pub: great beer, great service, and a place you actually want to come back to. Highly recommend.

Amazing decor and atmosphere with a real Irish pub feel. Staff was very friendly and service is excellent. Cocktails are great and draft beer list is Impressive. Food menu is full of great meals, appetizers and traditional pub fare. Food quality is excellent and presentation is impressive. Plenty of parking and overnight parking is available for those who get a ride home. Lots of Tv’s to catch the game as well.

Good food, great staff. The wagyu burger was amazing and the pastrami was pretty good. We tried the Irish nachos and they were okay. The nachos definitely needed some salt and an acid, maybe malt vinegar or lime would’ve brightened up the dish a little. Our waitress Alyssa was spectacular! The beer selection is really good and they’ve got a sampler so you can try a variety of different beers they have on tap. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great burger.

Mainly went to watch a preseason football game. I checked the day before to make sure I could watch it and they would have sound. I was told probably, but of course they couldn’t hook up the sound from all of their TVs. Staff was very nice, place was clean. They had chicken strips for an appetizer, but no honey mustard sauce. If your going to have chicken, then really you need to have honey mustard! LOL! Nice place, lots of different beer. Great place to hang, but I’m not sure if I’ll watch football there again. Bonus is that I can drink and walk home, but I would really like to hear the game as I watch.

The scallop slides are worth the price of admission…zero dollars, of course! My pastrami was good, but I wasn’t feeling the toasted bun. A soft bun needs to hold pastrami from all of my experience. My daughter like her Caesar salad, but sister couldn’t eat the brockwurst. But the beer was ice cold and hit the right spots. Hefeweizen was the game of the game.

My favorite place to go whenever I’m in Ontario. Which is a LOT these days. I’ve met some really great people and always have a good time.

Went here as a last minute place to have lunch and we were very pleased with our meal and service. This is a classic Irish style tavern and we really enjoyed their Irish Stew & Fish & Chips. The service was the best mind you as it was just after they opened so it was not busy at all. We look forward to returning here next time we come out this way.

Went for a drink and lunch. The food is good and they have a good selection of beer. There were menus laying on the bar and tables. We picked some good sounding food only to be told they had a limited menu that day. The Irish stew and corned beef & cabbage was good but I was hoping to have the Shepard’s pie. Pretty poor service so I don’t think I’ll get returning.

A pint of Guinness is more than $10 each and the atmosphere on Saturday evening was absolutely dead. I heard this was the place to go for an Irish pub. However, there were a total of maybe 10 people in the pub at 5:30pm on a Saturday. A little disappointed to be honest. Also, they were showing boxing and Mexican TV, didn’t feel very Irish at all.
