We are so excited to have a local pizza joint in the area! We ordered over the phone and the pizza was here in less than 12 minutes. The pizza we ordered was just a regular large cheese pie. The slice is a little thicker than a NY style with some flop, it also has a good sauce to cheese ratio, and of course the crust itself was perfectly crisp with a bouncy soft sourdough inside. I also like that it had some crispy basil on top-nice touch! We highly recommend supporting this new local business and giving it a try!

My husband and I have been waiting for Uncle Al’s to open ever since we saw the awning go up back in December. Today we were finally able to try their NY Cheese Pie. The pizza did not disappoint! The mozzarella was so fresh and from what the owner was telling us, it’s imported from ITALY! The pizza dough was so flavorful and cooked beautifully. Nice, crispy and thin – but not too thin. The sauce definitely tastes house made. Nothing about this pizza is prepackaged or comes out of a can. It has been such a long time since I had pizza that tastes this good. The slices are huge. The pie was well worth the price. Definitely will have leftovers if you’re a family of two. But we don’t mind! We will definitely be coming back to try other items on their menu like the lemon pepper wings, dessert of the day, and their made to order hot sandwiches (on Wednesdays & Fridays). The owner was so nice and welcoming too. And the atmosphere is chill and comfortable. I love that we have this restaurant so close to home.

Amazing pizza! The sourdough crust was everything I didn’t know I was missing in this life. Sauce was 10/10 fig jam bacon & hot honey pepperoni stole the show for me since I do not eat pork I applaud them for having beef bacon and beef pepperoni options. You can tell the owners did not hold back when it came to investing in the best ingredients. The location has a family vibe you can come dine in with your family/ Friends or just grab a slice to go. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10X !!!!!

We ordered a large plain pie and garlic knots. Just opening yesterday, the staff was very friendly and apologetic for any delay. Pizza and garlic knots were light, flavorful and definitely worth the money! Will be our new go to spot. Never knew I needed sourdough pizza in my life.
