Went through the drive-thru. Not only was my order completely wrong. The first time I had ordered two bacon and egg croissant witches with extra bacon on both. The way they rung me up was to bacon and egg croissant witches with two sides of bacon. Tell me why when I open the bag. I have two sausage egg and cheese croissant witches with extra sausage on them? When I get back to the drive-thru I explained what my order was and he already knew the issue. That’s crazy! When they remade my food, I had one beautiful biscuit with my extra bacon on it and the other one was literally just crumbles of bacon shared in the images below. When I reversed back into the window he acted like there was absolutely nothing wrong with the biscuits that there was no difference between them and had a whole attitude with me when I asked for one of them to be remade. I have not gone to this BK since at least August 2025. The experience in August with the manager at the time and the way she treated her employees was ridiculous and made the atmosphere in the store very toxic (hence my long return). Last night we decided we wanted BK and let me tell you it was knight and day difference. The service was awesome, the food was correct and amazing, and the manager had a great attitude which made for a great atmosphere which led to a great experience. I recommend they build off that energy and continue the service I received so others can see it too. Thank you to the BK for an enjoyable visit!

Tonight will be the last night until I think the cashier tonight has other employment. He was very rude. I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes, so I decided to place my order over the app. As I’m almost finished he then want to take my order. Said stayed in almost finish placing online. He said well don’t do it in my line. I said well it work you over ten minutes to ask for my order with only one car ahead that arrived the same time I did. Then he had an attitude the entire time trying to start an argument. I saw he moved around the sandwich board without gloves and washing his hands. I parked my car and went in to make sure he didn’t fix my food. The Spanish guy was so polite and told me he will fix my order. The white lady on front line was very respectful and it was a black guy in training. But the black cashier still trying to argue he called the Gm with an attitude. Making aware I was leaving a review. Stated he would call law for no reason. I told him he can give my money back. He walked off. Everyone trying to make the experience better but he really don’t value customer service,

Food was cold and wrong after having to wait in the drive thru line. 1 person behind me got their order, then mine, then the poor cwr in front of mine was still waiting even after i was leaving. Then after i went inside the manager on duty wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Rolled her eyes and took my sandwich back across the line, wh8le wearing a night time sleep bonnet instead of a hair net. She After which she did not throw away. I also asked for my sandwich to be “off the broiler.” I asked her if it was and she pulled the tray that was sitting under the broiler (with about 10 pieces of cold hb meat in the saying.. yeah see off the broiler. It obviously wasn’t. She didnt wash her hands or put on glove while she remade my sandwich. DHEC should 100% have an investigation with this restaurant. I feel like i was also discriminated against since she was “talking underneath her breath.” If i could rate no stars, i would. Poor excuse for a Burger King! Do better Kings Mountain.

As the former GM of this location up until August of 2025, I never thought I’d have to put this review… Went in on 12/5 to try the new SpongeBob meal…. Not impressed with how some of my former employees was acting much less the service and speed and the PEOPLE BEING PULLED…. I waited with my partner for 30 plus mins to even have a order taken, lobby was full of people waiting also…. What have you done Eyas? Not even having the GM there at 6pm on a Friday was wild …. Finally got to order and the food was cold, fries was hard, and the pie was room temp…..

Burger King, my favorite fast food burger joint. Still a diamond in the rough. BK has better burgers than any other fast food joint but it just seems like they need to fire all of upper management and start over. Most BK’s you walk into look like a dump.

Very upset from last night. Waited which is understandable THEN checked bag to see I was not given full order husband went in, got home 40 mins away to see that even tho we ordered no mayo our burgers had mayo. Why do y’all never listen when it comes to mayo. Mayo is not what everyone wants. I wanted what I ordered not that. This location needs to be looked in on asap.

Got here to make a quick stop. The lady at the front ignored me while I waited and was on her phone. Twice someone came up to take my order and she told them not to and only work on drive through but she never talked to me. Only 3 cars in line and 3 people waiting inside. Finally 15 minutes after waiting a guy came up and took my order.
Don’t waste your time go to another fast food place.

Me and My dad stopped here last night. There was 1 truck in front of us in the drive thru. We sat there for a few minutes before someone on the speaker finally spoke up. The truck in front of us drove off without getting his order taken. We get up there and we sat there and sat there until my dad decided to go in and order. When he went inside, the 4 employees working just stared at him and did not take his order. He waited in there for 5+ minutes when he finally walked out with out getting his order taken. Horrible customer service!!!! Will not be back!

Food was great. Staff double checked our order before making it. Tables were very clean and neat. Chicken fries I ordered were done but not overcooked like some of the others. Staff was very friendly and job focused.
