First time visiting. Good food, great service, and a live band! Can’t really beat that! The Fennec is a sports bar and grill. Great place to catch the game before the live band plays at 9pm. We ordered crab cakes and oysters Rockefeller. Both appetizers were good! For entrees we ordered shrimp and grits and the Hail Mary (fried catfish, fried shrimp and two sides). I chose Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries with a hot honey drizzle as my sides. Food was great! We will return! Prices were affordable too!

We stopped in to watch the Bama game. Awesome set up. Big screens everywhere. They even had lights flickering when Bama scored like Bryant deny stadium. I will definitely be back.

I have been here twice now for a corporate event. Everything was wonderful both times. The venue is relaxed yet fun and very clean. We had an open bar and the choices were very pleasing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome sports bar with live music. This was our first time in Burmingham and we had recommendations to visit The Fennec, and we were not disappointed. The good was amazing, tried the wings and the double cheese smash burger and it was cooked perfectly on a toasted brioche bun. Service was excellent. Our waitress was great, attentive and constantly checked up on us. The bands were really good. Overall, great food, great service, great music and a great experience. Highly recommend you visit.

My wife and I were in town for the evening Monday night. We were looking for a place with a good menu and a nice atmosphere. The Fennec checked all of the boxes. We started off with the sausage corn dogs and they were really good. I was looking forward to a steak but they were out of the Ribeye and fillet (no big deal). I ended up ordering the shrimp and grits and the dish was amazing. My wife chose the braised beef ribs and they were phenomenal! The ingredients were all fresh and high quality!I dont have one complaint about the meal! 5 stars!
Now let’s get to the service… Absolutely horrible. The waitress was not attentive at all. She pretty much disappeared after we received our meal,up until we requested the check. I understand if she was busy but there were only two other tables that were occupied in the restaurant. I had to walk to the bar myself in order to get a drink. I actually finished my second drink before she showed back up.
My wife and I are extremely laid back and we don’t look for things to complain about. We both feel like this needs to be addressed.

This place was really awesome! Their food was amazing! They had plenty of options for glutten free, vegetarian and meat. I particularly enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms and the crispy stuffed ravioli. The amosphere was perfect for after hours social conversations. The staff was friendly and effortlessly cleaned up used plates and utensils, ensuring everyone was free to continue the social experience. It was all so natural and pleasant. The mood lighting and architecture really helped to further engage and freely roam from conversation to conversation. The entire building seems to exude a sense of rich history. If you need a place for a company after hours bar scene social event, This is the best space and place I have ever seen for such an event. Good job guys, keep up the good work!!

Was recommended I should check out this place called The Fennec so well I did. I have never heard of or seen this place until I was told about it and now I’m like why didn’t I know about it sooner?!
The atmosphere itself was awesome with a nice bar, live music, nice looking stage and dance floor and yes a disco ball! Great place to hang out and eat good food.
The staff was top notch our waiter was so great. We had to wait almost an hour for our food only because the kitchen was backed up with a huge parties order. We didn’t complain once we totally understood. But this waiter was on his A game!
Even though we waited nearly an hour for food we were not disappointed the food came out hot and fresh everyone at their table loved the food they got but you know me I order neutral unless I’m recommended something in particular.
The burger I got was legit cooked perfectly I ordered it medium well and that’s what I got a hot juicy burger. However there was literally no seasoning on it salt and pepper would have took this thing sky high. Wasn’t a huge fan of the kaiser roll but that’s just me being picky at that point I personally just wouldn’t use that but it was toasted perfectly so no complaints. I will say I ordered bacon on the burger and only recieved one strip of bacon on it and I found that to be very odd. HOWEVER the burger gets a solid 7.9 out of 10 from me. Having some salt and pepper would have had it in very high 8’s
The fries were fries crispy salty good to go no complaints.
The wings I personally think $15 for 6 wings is a bit much but they do give you 6 jumbo sized wings with fries and ranch. I ordered the hot honey wings. These wings were so hot when they came out and had a nice spicy and sweetness I just loved. But once again they clearly weren’t seasoned. Some seasoning salt would have set these bad boys off! Wings get an 8 out of 10 from me. Had they been seasoned definitely a 10.
We also got the Churros for dessert these things were so good it came with 4 churros covered in cinnamon sugar, chocolate drizzle, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream, oh and on the inside of the churro it was filled with caramel. All that and it still wasn’t overly sweet. Definitely 10 out of 10!
I highly recommend you go check this place out its well worth it. The portions a appropriate and you are getting what you pay for including live entertainment. I’m coming back to this place and I’m bringing more people with me. If you haven’t been here please go check this place out!

My wife and I really enjoyed our first time dining at this establishment. We were greeted by a smiling hostess & she was eager to give us a quick tour when she realized that we had never been there. We decide to dine away from the main hall and enjoy our evening in the Foxhole Lounge. Our waiter & bartender went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable… Considering that they had a national recording country music artist (Jamey Johnson) in their establishment as well…we were still part of top priority as customers as well. My wife even got a drink named after her…so go order The Courtney! We will definitely be back in the near future.
