Food was fine. Service was awful- the female manager was rude and refused to allow us to use the bathroom. A friend and I stopped here on our way halfway through our hour long drive for a quick dinner. When we arrived the female employee was cleaning the bathrooms and the dining room. We ordered our food and and sat in the dining room for about an hour. Before we went to leave we wanted to use the bathroom but the bathrooms were still closed off. When we asked if it was okay to go past the barriers- they told us that the floors were still wet and they were disinfecting the bathrooms. I mentioned that the floors aren’t wet I can see they’re dry and that it was an hour ago when they mopped the area. They denied us to use the bathroom even when we explained that we have a far drive.
Since this location is so close to the highway it’s a wonderful location to stop by on a road trip. There’s also lots of other options, so don’t stop here. Go to any of the other options for a quick dinner! I should mention that we arrived at 7pm. The location is open until midnight- the front door says both lobby and drive thru are open until midnight.

The staff of this location are friendly and helpful, but I strongly advise against using the mobile app. I ordered food, paid, and then went to pick it up. They just gave me a receipt and so we don’t have that anymore sorry. They could not refund my money and I had to go through the app. Through the app, they would not refund by money but just said here’s a $10 discount for next time. That’s a dollar more than I spent, but feels very sketchy.
Updated, I went back to use the discount coupon I was given by Popeyes support and I ordered a second item that was also not available at the store after I went to pickup. This is definitely an issue Popeyes should fix with their app. If the item is not available, don’t have it on the app and then be able to refund my money.
This time, I talked to Alan at the store and he gave me a different meal that was very delicious, and he was very polite and understanding. I was very happy with staff and his support for making it right. Service is usually quick at this location and I appreciate them always being friendly and helpful.

Came to this location of Popeyes in Thornton, just off Interstate 25 and East 144th Avenue, on a late afternoon. Wasn’t very crowded and had the whole place to ourselves. The food came out very quickly and was good – the chicken tenders were hot and crispy on the outside, soft and juicy in the inside, and the chicken sandwich was very good too. Service was friendly. The restaurant has a nice, welcoming, Cajun-themed decor, clean and brightly lit. Lots of seating, with plenty of parking outside. I recommend this location, when compared to other locations in/around Denver.

Ordered a 2pc meal and didn’t realize till I sat down that I was charged for and given a 3pc meal. The food was ok but felt the chicken was a little too dark either from being over cooked or from being cooked in old oil. The side portions seem to be getting smaller. I understand the need to keep overhead costs down. One way to do that is to not give customers more napkins and utensils than what they need. I was given 4 spoons and about 30 napkins. The employees could use a little more training in the areas of proper food preparation and efficiency.

This is my first time at this location after they opened. Comparing with McDonald’s and KFC their chicken sandwich is better and has a big chicken patty. However the service was not that great. We had to wait a long time in the counter and do all kinds of actions to get their attention. There is only one guy at the register who is taking orders and packing things up. I was keeping my eye on the screen and no one was in the drive through either. I felt the employees are very ignorant. Doesn’t care about serving.

The person in charge gave me the wrong order. She just told me to park in the front for more than 15 minutes, and then she gave me the wrong order. She refused to give me her name; this happened in the morning. I called the number to speak with the manager, and to my surprise, she was the manager, and she was rude. I don’t recommend visiting this restaurant; Popeyes on 104th is better.

If you want a lesson in how to be rude to customers, come to this Popeyes. It took a while for them to even care that we were there to order. Then it seemed like a burden that we wanted to order something. Food is good as always, Popeyes is in general. People here at this location seem to really hate their jobs.

Lady who waited on me could barely speak English so I couldn’t figure out what she was saying. Got the 3 piece meal with biscuit and red beans and rice side.
Spicy coating was too dark. (Burnt) and ruined the spicy
taste.
No butter or honey for the biscuit.
However the red beans and rice were delicious!
For $12, I was very disappointed in this meal
