We got lunch there yesterday. we got the chicken flatbreads. They were very good and we’ll put together I was pretty impressed with how they looked. It’s hard to find a good Taco Bell nowadays so when we ate here I was very happy to see that the atmosphere was great there was no trash on the ground anywhere we got our food really quick through the drive-thru and all around it was a really nice place shockingly.
I highly recommend if you’re going to go to a Taco Bell go to this one!

It NEVER fails that my tacos are not even wrapped right and the tacos dont even hardly have any meat in them and I always get my food cold I dont know why they dont change the restaurant it’s self or the employees. Im never coming back to this location

Go to a different Taco Bell, if the reviews aren’t clear enough just save your time honestly. Only reason I even stopped at this one is because of the weather… overpriced food that’s just tortillas filled with absolutely nothing. The tortillas taste stale, they put less than a teaspoon of meat in everything. My BEEFY 5 layer burrito was filed with a THIN layer of beans, nacho cheese and sour cream. 0 beef… tacos are pretty much all lettuce. I asked for sauce and paid for extra sour cream didn’t receive any of it. They also forgot some of my food which I had to ask for. There were at least 4-5 workers standing around completely clueless.

What going in with ur Mango drink the frist week i have ordered it it taste better now its worst and its totally different flavor it taste sour too . Omg guys if u r not consistent with ur foods or drink here in highlands u guys wont be around that long. I bought 2 small cups cuz of the deal but itsbjust horrible and soury taste. I went to Taco Bell and ordered the 5-piece chicken nugget box, but the experience was pretty disappointing. First, I only received 2 nuggets—not 5—and they looked old and tasted overly oily.
I asked for Diablo sauce and was given Fire Ranch instead. The fries were good, but then things got even more confusing.
It seems the cashier misunderstood me when I said “nugget box” and thought I ordered nuggets and a taco, so they added a crunchy taco to my order. I asked for the taco to be changed to chicken, and instead of making a fresh one, they just scooped out the beef and added chicken to the same shell. That was honestly unappetizing and felt really lazy.
The cashier seemed distracted, which probably caused the mix-ups, but overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. All the lights are on and they seem to be open until 3am as usual, but when I drove up at 2am I wasn’t greeted until several minutes later by the “manager on duty” who instead of taking my order or mentioning they were closed ect…. she laughed and said ” I see you” attempting to sound creepy but kept laughing. She wouldnt respond to any of my questions for example: are you open ect? And after a few minutes of that I went to the window and say there for a few more minutes until I honked my horn. After another few minutes passed without any response ect…. I was finally greeted by a young man who treated me as if I was stupid like him….. when i asked if they were open…… he responded by rolling his eyes and said “well uh dontcha know whenever we dont answer it means we are closed…. duh!” I told him itd be nice if they would post it somewhere…. I said its 2am and it says everywhere you close at 3am? He tried to look confused as he squinted and looked at the delivery window and said ” ooohhh! Right! And then literally just sat there starring at me looking stoned and or like he’s “SPED”…… as I began to drive away he told me to “have a good night sir,” but in a tone that questioned me for leaving without ordering or anything. … Basically gas lighting me as I left….. I cannot believe how unprofessional this crew was to me! Im sure im not the only one either. There is usually a guy named Nick that works the already shift who is a real professional and would have never treated me or any other customer this way.

Your not paying for food you are paying for the name I’ve tried this location twice and each time I’m only eating shell or tortilla I’m honestly pissed I work to hard for my funds and when you are hungry and get played like this it make matters worse like can any one honestly show me where the meat is in this bed of bough. taco was the same way smh totally not kool. So they OFFICIALLY Opened on Friday March 14, 2025 and it’s Saturday March 15, 2025 and Since the GRAND OPENING this Establishment has NOT had ICE or Carbonation for Several of the Soft Drinks at the Fountain…….. And to Also Add on Top of that It was HOT Inside this Place, Summer Time is Approaching and It’s already Spring Time so What’s going on with the Air Conditioning People…….. Why Can’t y’all Get It TOGETHER!!!

If i could give this place no starts I would. Never fails when you go past 9pm. They are 1 all on break or only doing mobile or doordash orders.
