places my order on the app at about 9:25pm i pull up to the speaker at about 9:28 and told them my name i pull around and get my drink and they tell me to go to the front so i did and waited 30 minutes still haven’t got my food so i go back to the window and they said the fries are still cooking so i pull back to the front and waited 5 more minutes still haven’t
got my food. so i leave i go back about an hour later and tell them what happened at the speaker and they got attitudes and was rude for something they did so we pull to the front and waited another 15 minutes for my food to finally come out at about 11:00. mind you they was rude to me the first time i was up there for a simple order and i was as calm as i could be, never got attitude or anything but i treated like crap right back!!

This place is the absolute worst. I know that not every time is going to be a 5 star visit BUT the past 4 times it’s been straight trash. The employees are extremely rude, the place is filthy, the drink machines rarely ever work, the food is ALWAYS going to be wrong and that’s if they even make it. The only option for this place is to just shut down or fire every single person that works there now.

Place is tearable to dine in could not get any service,stood at the register for 10 minutes then a lady told me if I wanted to order use the machine. Took me 5 minutes more to figure it out then what I wanted wasn’t even on the machine. The ppl working here suck fatigue is real

This is the slowest fast place ever… the service is slow as hell and sucks… I’ve been here 30 mins and have yet to be acknowledged or food delivered… have to use a computer to order food.. all I ordered is a deluxe box 3 soft tacos and two burritos and I havent been acknowledged yet… slowest place ever… 30 mins and nothing… they need help!!

Last time I was there you had an older lady who made my day with a smile in her voice. Couldn’t wait to return… you had a young lady there ( i will protect her name ) today in drive through that needs training. I hear “order when ready ” I start to order and before I could state that I also ” wanted ” she just put the price on the screen. I got to window she took my card then handed it back and said “drive round to front ” . Upon looking at my receipt I notice an item I did not order, ( burrito not taco ) I go inside as she coming out, hands me bag I proceeded to say the item was wrong and she says ” well I “thought you said ” and proceed to walk away. I didn’t have time to argue so just left. PLEASE TRAIN . Customers could be having a bad day too and I think a friendly smile and welcome could have/had made all the difference. Back in my day we had to do the whole spew and upsale.

Absolutely garbage. Go elsewhere if you want your food to be right and to be treated properly. Then, the supposed “manager” wants to talk to you crazy when you catch an attitude after she talked to you like she had no sense first. It’s also not my fault your employees don’t know how to do their jobs properly and are too busy laughing and cutting up to be worried about doing what they’re on pay roll for. Play with someone else, just not me.
