The Southern Eggs Benedict was so good! The crab addition pushed it to fabulous! The potatoes on the side were perfection. They were out of coffee which was both disappointing and surprising for a hotel restaurant. The server offered to have someone put one together but I thought that would be more than I wanted to pay. As it was, breakfast was over $20, which seemed pricey even with a hotel credit. Although I was given the choice to dine in, I was encouraged to leave with to go boxes so the server could bus my table before leaving for the day. Overall an alright experience, just quirky.

A nice hotel breakfast buffet in a pleasant venue with some decent choices that I unfortunately did not have the time to sample. When I visited at 7:45am, the restaurant was well staffed and servers were attentive to even the diners not sitting at their tables. A step up from other Hilton-family breakfast buffets I’ve encountered.

Literally had no food. Breakfast menu looked good, but they were out of everything. Trying to charge luxury prices for toast. That was about all they had. How are you a restaurant and run out of food? Send someone to. The store to grab some bacon. Yall just ain’t even trying.

We ate there 5 times for breakfast. Three of the meals were very good; I loved the shrimp and grits as well as the crab cake Benedict. The avocado toast was not good; soggy bread with a little guacamole. They didn’t always have the breakfast items listed on the menu.

Cool little hotel bistro, cocktails weren’t bad and they will have live music down there regularly.

The ran out of everything. 8am and you are out of everything but toast and waffles? You trying to charge people for fine dining and you serving toast and waffles. This is some pathetic excuse for a restaurant. We left. Cannot recommend what they do not have.

In the evening watress Michelle provides the best hospitality. She can make anything happen! Thank you so much for a great time!

However, breakfast food is not great. Pancakes were not done. I’d recommend eating breakfast as Ruby slipper on Decatur.

I called up to find out about this restaurant and the lady had no idea what I was even talking about and then I said it’s the restaurant at your hotel and she said “I guess that’s us!” I don’t know I was just really confused she acted like she didn’t know anything like she was just like a guest that answered the phone or something lol And I needed to ask her questions about parking and how everybody says the rooms are soundproof but in the reviews people say you can hear everything because the walls are so thin. She just seemed like she didn’t want to talk to me in very nonchalant and informative. That really sucks because we were looking forward to staying there for a few days in a suite because we heard it was the nicest place to stay in New Orleans. I just found it super weird that the lady that the lady was highly unprofessional on the phone. I feel like now I don’t have anybody to talk to to to get a straight answer from that hotel and we’re not gonna book here now. I even asked to speak to somebody else and I didn’t get transferred to anybody so I just kind of hung up. Very disappointed the views at 1st looked really good and then when you start getting into it there’s some really bad reviews and I just wanted to ask About the rooms in the restaurant and she couldn’t even give me an answer.

Absolutely the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen and the staff acted like they hated their job. The cooked food (eggs, meat, potatoes) looked as if it had been sitting on the warmer for hours. The coffee – which I had to get myself – tasted burnt. Other than the dried up hot food, the only other offerings on the “$18.95 buffet” were prepackaged yogurt and dried cereal. Absolutely terrible experience.
