I’ve been coming to this BK for ten years. The same order every time: small hash browns and two croissanwiches with double egg.
Ten years of the same order.
Now the app doesn’t allow the add-on so when I go to the drive thru I remind them of that and have them charge me for the extra egg and they put it on the sandwich.
There’s a new guy there who has issues. “I can put em in a box for you and you can put em on.”
“You can’t just put them on the sandwich?”
“No. I can put them in a box for you.”
Why don’t you just give me a deconstructed whopper and have me put that together too?
BK Grayslake, as much as I love me some BK breakfast, there’s no way I’m coming back until that “Have it MY way” guy is gone

I have been going here for almost 10 years. It is most definetely a burger king. What makes it great are the people. From the managers to just the simple employees, they always do their best in providing a high quality, quick, delicious meal.

Worst BK ever. Makes me never want to eat Burger King again. They get the orders wrong every single time in the drive through. Ordered the all inclusive croissant breakfast sandwich meal and they give me a giant bag of grease full of just hash browns. EVERY TIME ITS SOMETHING WRONG. They make you pull up past the window so someone can run out your food, then a 60yr old Spanish woman hands you the food and runs off. Waste of my money and time. So infuriating not being able to do the easiest job on earth. Shut

I have to say what a pleasant surprise! Filled out some coupon and got a free burger. Didn’t want to wait in the drive-thru so I went in. Pleasant staff, very clean and comfortable dining area, nice music. look at those seats! Had no idea it would be this nice.

This place has you use kiosks first and seem to be trying to remove the personal interaction which is disappointing as I liked the interaction. However, food was good, there were no flys bothering me like at many of the Burger Kings in MN so I was very happy about that. They had high top tables as well a few cushion chairs which were nice. This place alot has a play place but I left my kids at home so didn’t check it out.

I normally prefer Burger King as my fast food restaurant but the Grayslake location is terrible. I live in Grayslake and have given this location many opportunities. Every time I go there my food is served cold. Picture below is my morning breakfast sandwich. Cold sandwich piece of cheese slapped on top not even melted. People who work there are nice enough but food is terrible. I’ve given up and won’t go there again
