This restaurant was clean. My mobile order was ready quickly. The order was correct. Kids seemed to be having fun in the play area. When orders were ready, order numbers were being announced very clearly for everyone to hear.

This restaurant no longer has the playground as shown on Google and for those who have just arrived in Austin, it is a disappointment that they didn’t update their Google information.
This restaurant is shared with a convenience store and the smell of cigarettes is terrible inside the restaurant. You know those smiling faces welcoming you? Forget it! I only saw one face when I picked up my meal and no more.

Visiting McDonald’s proved to be an engaging experience for me. The fantastic children’s play area turned the restaurant visit into a real adventure for my kids. They enjoyed playing while I savored a delicious lunch.
The main dining area impressed with its cleanliness and tidiness, creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining. However, in the children’s zone, sticky floors were noticeable, adding a bit of inconvenience.
Despite this, the atmosphere at McDonald’s was surprisingly warm and friendly. The ambiance created a sense of coziness, and the staff was welcoming. All of this, coupled with a diverse menu offering a wide selection of dishes, made my visit enjoyable and memorable. In the future, I will undoubtedly recommend this place to friends, especially families with children. Despite less than ideal conditions in the play area, the overall atmosphere makes McDonald’s an excellent place for a meal and relaxation.

After numerous visits here I have concluded this is a garbage location. All the times I have been here the service is never good. Just Infact tonight I went here and I tried to order a McRib and was told they didn’t have anymore I then tried to order a burger and the person on the mic started talking about pies. I corrected him a few more times and it’s was like he was high or just not present. He then said pull up to the next window so I did and waited a minute and when no one showed up I then pulled up to the last window and mentioned that if you’re gonna say pull up to the next window maybe have a sign at that window that says pull forward. He shrugged his shoulders and replied “ Well it’s not a problem for normal customers”. Will absolutely never go back.

take my word for your kiosks are going to ruin your business. The counter help is so reluctant to come say hello or offer to help or someone to order. It takes so long to place an order and the staff is very unfriendly. It is a drive-through business, no longer a dining room atmosphere very disappointed

Food was fine. AC not very cool. Playscape closed (at noon) for cleaning. Grandkids couldn’t play. Seems like a not customer-friendly time to deep clean the playscape. First thing in the morning or last thing at night wd b better.

This staff has always gone above and beyond whenever we have questions about promotions or exclusives especially with all the happy meal madness. I recommend making this your regular pickup and delivery McDonald’s location because their food is always spot on and the customer service just really goes above and beyond.

Asked if I could get some ranch because there was none in my bag. The guy working the drive-through was incredibly rude about it. He repeatedly told me there was already sauce in the bag, and then made me show him that I had no sauce. Horrible customer service. I just wanted one or two ranch sauces for my fries.
