If you’re looking for the best pizza in the area, go to Westside. We spent $28 on a single large pepperoni earlier in the week at another local spot and were pretty let down. Westside saved the trip—the pizza was delicious, the crust was perfect, and the bill was much more reasonable (about $8 less per pie). The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. 10/10.

I ordered my pizza at 5:28, and it said it would be delivered by 6:10. By 7:03 almost an hour later, I called and they told me 20 minutes, the driver was on his way. The driver never showed up. I called at 8:04 again and they told me it was just in the oven. I told them I had ordered at 5:30, and I had talked to someone earlier and he now told me that they were short-handed and that they were busy. Why didn’t they tell me that at 7:03 when I called and why didn’t they tell me it would be another hour and a half. And here we are at 9pm and still nothing…. So rude! This is the worst customer service I have had. Just be honest and say you are busy.

Hands down the best pizza I have had in a long time. The crust is flavorful and crispy on the bottom, the sauce is a great flavor and texture and the ingredients are fresh.

Westside Pizza in Lake Chelan seems like it hit the spot with its variety of flavors for both pizza and wings for us. The service is good and the surroundings are gorgeous.

My fiancé and I got a Grand size pizza and while the gentleman taking our takeout order was kind, the execution of the order was horrible. We had asked to mix the regular sauce and Alfredo, even paid extra for it and just got Alfredo. We ended up dipping it in pasta sauce from our fridge. We also added peppercini peppers and got diced up stems and caps on almost every bite, let alone slice. What made it worse was they hid it beneath the cheese so you can’t even tell until youve already taken a bit and can’tchew properly. For someone paying just shy of $40 for pizza that’s not the level of service or consideration I expect.
It seems like you did a crappy job because it was a busy Friday night and didn’t care because it was a takeout order. DO BETTER.

Super friendly manager who hooked us up with a free large pepperoni pizza.. Great customer service! Pizza was got and fresh and I love the Westside pizza crust. The chicken wings were bigger (meatier) than I thought and were juicy. The interior was about 105 degrees so we didn’t eat inside. Fix the A/C!!!

Horrible place my wife ordered a couple pizzas tonight and one of them didnt even get made and the guy said its cause their website sucks and it doesnt register an entire order at least once a week. Do better owners.
