So this is my first visit. If you’re into sports, this place has several TVs with various channels playing. The SERVICE was far from exceptional. It wasn’t bad, but I would like to think, in a time where consumers have many choices, employees would give their best. The FOOD had a good flavor. Someone in our group ordered Wings. The wings are SMALL so beware! The PRICES are a little too high for the overall experience.

Good food. Great service. Our waitress was very attentive. It was our first time. She mentioned some of her menu favorites. It was Sunday and our waitress explained the Brunch menu and the 2-4-1 beverages.
We sat by a window and had lots of natural light. The restaurant was clean and we were visited by the manager.

So back again. Third time in a row my food has been cold. I loved this place initially but I think we are done. We said something to the server (who was less than personable) amd he said he would bring out new food. He didn’t. He came back and asked if we needed anything else and my husband asked about the food he said he was getting and he acted like he never said that. He did bring out new onion rings but all of our food had been cold, not just the onion rings.
Back again with an update. Two times in a row now my food has come out lukewarm. It was still really good but I’d rather have it hot. Servers are still great. I asked about upgrading my fries worth my meal to the cheese fries but they are unable to do that. Every other restaurant lets you pay a fee extra dollars for the upgrade. I really didn’t see a reason why we couldn’t.
Another update: I still love the food and the servers are great. My only complaint is that we brought our granddaughter and asked for a high chair. We were seated at a raised booth. The high chair was a taller one so that was fine but you couldn’t push it close to the table because the.bottom hit the ledge under the table. She ended up being almost a foot away from the table. Not ideal with how a toddler eats. We asked for a different table which was lower but they don’t have lower high chairs. No matter what type of table we would have been assigned the high chair would not have worked. We ended up getting a booster seat. I will say that the booster seat was nicer than others. It had rubber feet on the bottom and didn’t move at all. Much better than other places where they tend to slide and flip easy. I’m not changing my rating because I still love this spot but wanted other people to be aware.
Update: we’ve been here a few times now and it hasn’t been as loud. Again, I understand the atmosphere they are going for but when you need to repeat yourself and point to the menu sonyour waitress can hear you it’s too loud. It’s been much better. I also want to add that they have one of the best gluten free Hamburg rolls that I’ve had.
The food was really good. We got the monkey bread starter and burgers and everything was really good. Food was hot and the burgers juicy. My only complaint was that it was really noisy. I expect a place like to be noisier than some other restaurants but the tvs were blaring and everyone talking over them even louder. Despite that we will be back. Maybe we will sit outside next time instead.

My niece suggested this restaurant because it’s one of her favorites. It did not disappoint! I ordered a burger from their vegetarian options and it was delicious! HUGE and delicious! I ate it all and forgot to take a before pic lol There’s also a choice of sides (I chose onion rings; YUM!) Thanks, Josh, for the great service and giving awesome food and drink suggestions!

I know we went in between lunch and happy hour/dinner, so it wasn’t crowded. The sign said seat yourself, so we sat in a booth in lounge area. It took a bit for someone to see us which was okay weren’t in a hurry.
So for our order:
The Jam burger with onion rings, only half of the burger was eaten as it was dry as a bone and uneventful ( we looked at the receipt after and it said no pink, we weren’t asked) the onion rings have almost a hard cornmeal crust on them, sent them back! exchanged for the waffle fries also just as bad.
2nd order:
Animal burger no cheese and add jalapeño with Brussels. The bun was slightly hard the rest of the burger okay, the Brussels were cold sent back at the same time as the rings for fries ( didn’t eat). We also had a dole whip it was good! Server was awesome!!
We have just moved here and moving on for a better burger.

Food tasted absolutely amazing, from appetizer to the main courses. The chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was the best I’ve ever had. Waffle fries are a huge plus!!! The atmosphere is great and has an 80s vibe with the music and pictures spread throughout. Wait staff was very nice and the food service was quick! I cannot wait to go back again once I visit Gallatin!
