There were times where I will go to a smoothie place, not this one in particular where it would taste more like ice than a smoothie. I just briefly asked the manager. Can he make sure that it tastes less like ice and more like a smoothie and when I tell you, he made me the best smoothie I’ve tasted all year. He was so kind about it and I will be back. Thank you so much. I had a really rough day that day and I feel uplifted to finish. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but he was there Thursday at around 2:30 3 o’clock… so good!!! I love Smoothie King but the location in Morrow is horrible!!!
The worst customer service. I ordered 2 items through DoorDash and only received one.
When called the store the worker told me to go pick it up and was blaming the dasher “because he should check that everything is there before leaving” I told her it’s their responsibility as well to check and she told me : Why are you taking it on me??” It was like dealing with an uneducated kindergarten kid!
They also send the smoothie without a bag! The dasher left it in the floor in the front door!!!!! They don’t use plastic or paper bag to send the food so the delivery person won’t touch it directly.
DiSSAPOINTED!!! Need professional and educated staff members.

I recently had an issue with a fraudulent charge on my account. I am in Kansas and someone submitted in order at this location in Morrow. Tamara, the Assistant Manager came through for me and was so helpful and fun to talk to. Definitely need more people like her in this industry!

i went in on 09/14/25 at around 3:15 and the chick with braids and glasses about 19 yrs old did not great me so I said to her, don’t you usually say hello or how may I help you? She immediately got an attitude, logged off her cash register, and walked away a young Spanish girl came to the register and immediately said hi may I help you? can I take your order? We got through the order but the fact that this young lady was so defiant and rude shows me that she was not worried about getting into trouble and from all the reviews, I see this is normal The young girl that was rude, proceeded to make my drink and my avocado toast. I declined and asked someone else to make it. She stood there the whole time and just rolled her eyes. I asked for a manager and told that there was not one on duty.

I have been trying smoothie kings around me to see if i can get the best service to make my permanent go-to store. The morrow location ended up being the best because they had my order right for the first time. Most of the other locations i tried( Tara blvd/ Riverdale) tend to either miss blueberries or mangos that i paid for. So i was very happy to see the team in morrow did an exceptional job. New favorite. Thank you guys too fr. I got an an acai bowl (Banana Beater). It was unbowlieveable.

Great store and great employees, and I always visit this clean friendly environment/store. Greatly recommended, and deserve a 5 STAR. Only thing, I was dissatisfied and disappointed when I opened my vanilla container, it was like literally empty, the strawberry one was okay. For $45 on each container, and it was under half way of the container. IT’S NOT WORTH IT, CLEAN FRAUD!
PACKAGING IS VERY DECEPTIVE, I’LL ADVISE THEY USE A ACTUAL CONTAINER TO MATCH THE CONTENT. ESPECIALLY FOR $45. Watch out!!!!

I went here for the first time and it was very good!! I’ve always wanted to try smoothie king for their smoothie bowl (I’m a big fan of smoothie bowls) and I ended up going for the PB Swizzle, they allowed me to swap out fruits so I swapped out blueberries for mangoes. It was VERY delicious and everything was so fresh and cold. They even provide a bag that is designed to hold the bowl and they include their own spoon that is sturdy. Drove all the way home in the heat and the bowl was still cold and not melted!! The ingredients tasted “rich” and I loved the acai base, it was so smooth and the texture was lovely. It is so much better than other places I’ve been to. I definitely recommend if you like smoothie bowls, I will definitely come back again to try other bowls. Maybe next time I will get the smoothies as well.

A little warning though, the place seems like it’s busy very often. I saw regular folks to gym goers at this location so do be aware this place most likely is busy often and we did have to wait a little but it wasn’t extremely bad. They play music too and it’s pretty loud. Parking is tight and somewhat limited but not impossible to find some available spots, I did go on a very busy day.
