There are two locations. One inside the market and one next to it by the entrance. The entrance one is where seating is available. This place is really good. The cooking is homestyle not like the other “Mexican restaurants”. Tastes like mom’s cooking. Small place with outside seating. Price are decent not too high. If getting anything with tortillas get the hand made ones over the regular ones it’s more expensive but well worth the extra cost. I especially liked the chorizo, carnitas and al pastor, and the birria tacos. The enchiladas and Chile relleno are delicious.

I think it was an old/origibal Taco Bell building, a little dated and old, but their Autentico Mexican is wonderful! Great food, modest prices. I definitely plan to return several time to try many of their dishes! ❤️

A small hole in the wall restaurant but the menudo was the best we’ve had in OC!! It was a good portion. We had the hand made tortillas, 4 per order, it fills you up real good. Soo delicious we would come back again. Highly recommend!!

Food here is so damn good. Only reason I gave a 3 star is my husband asked for his food to be made a specific way. It was burnt to a crisp. When he let the lady know, all she said was well don’t order this anymore. Like wow so not ok. We chose to spend our hard earned money there.so the least she could have done was remake it to what he had asked it to be made

I was disappointed because it says, authentic Mexican food. I ordered nachos, and they put the yellow canned or bagged cheese. Very upset with my food order. Mexican places use the shredded cheese and put them in the oven to melt!

Came in a Sunday morning , they took our order, you could tell food was fresh but honestly was not very good. Chilaquiles were super spicy I couldn’t even eat them I only ate the egg, I was surprised they don’t come with rice and beans. Shrimp tacos were so bland, no sauce literally just shrimp and cabbage ?? Costillas were soft and tender though.
