The worst Jimmy John’s location! I went in to pick up an order and the 3 gentleman working displayed nothing short of COMPLETE DISREGARD for their customers! Marc was absolutely the worst! Please retrain him on customer service as any business is dead without its customers. I inquired several times about the long wait and the man wasn’t decent enough to make eye contact with me! Utterly disgusted and disappointed. It’s no wonder the place has such low ratings! Owner may want to take notice and perhaps start over with a brand new, eager bunch that wouldn’t mind PEOPLE!

1 star only because they have ONE PERSON the counter AND drive thru and cashier …on a Sunday at 1230pm on a Broncos game day…Jimmy Johns- c’mon- Be better. this poor guy. edit– to be clear, the one person that was working behind the counter it was killing it. He was working as hard as he could but there was a line building up in the Drive-Thru and a line building up in the store. They should close the drive-thru when they only have one person working.

The single most dysfunctional restaurant I’ve ever seen. They somehow lost my drive thru order (how?) and when I went in to the store immediately afterwards to fix it, it took them 5 minutes to so much as acknowledge my presence, and all they acknowledged was they gave someone the wrong order. There were other people already inside who also were waiting because their orders were wrong too. I placed my order at 12:33 and didn’t get my 2 sandwiches until 1:06.
Also I watched the staff not change gloves between touching money and food and the register which is a huge no no. This Jimmy John’s has always sucked and gotten something in my order wrong but this was something else.
Freaky slow, freaky bad service, freaky unsanitary.

Stopped here for lunch the other day and I must say, there’s something about this Jimmy Johns that keeps me coming back for more! Maybe it was the service? Maybe it was the quality of the food? Maybe it was, who I at least assume, was the General Manager who kept looking at me like I was a snack or something. But whatever the reason, will absolutely be back again!

My husband placed an order over an hour ago. Jimmy John’s took our money, but no food has been delivered and no one is answering the phone after several calls. We will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I recommend looking somewhere else for food.

Where do I start.. Tim is just an absolute delight to deal with (not really). I pull up to get a sandwich on my lunch break (I literally direct operations down the street, we give you guys tons of business almost daily) and I’m told I cannot use my birthday rewards through the drive through. Fine, all good, doesn’t help me with how I can use them just no I can’t and that’s it. So I’ll order them through the app while I wait in the drive to to get them at the window (it’s literally a PRE MADE BOWTIE PASTA). I get to the window and say I have the second order and I’m told I can’t do that, I tell him it literally says right here that it’s for drive through. This man proceeds to argue with me and then tells me I can’t cut other people behind me and that’s it’s not cool?! I ordered that while I was sitting at the drive through, the guy behind me didn’t even finish ordering yet so guess what, I WAS THE NEXT ORDER BEHIND ME! So I pull out back in traffic and do a full loop and pull up to the drive through again to give my name and before I even get around the corner this man has my pasta hanging out the window. This is a joke, if this was how any of my employees treated any customer that came through they’d be terminated immediately. This is not hospitality, this is embarrassing. I’d seriously suggest someone reach out to me about this and something happen about this man’s attitude.

Service is incredibly slow and inattentive for a sandwich shop that built their brand on “Freaky Fast”. I hate that this store is so conveniently located because each time I go back I think to myself “Hey, maybe this time around the service will be better”, but nope.
Still terrible service on all fronts: Dine in, takeout, and delivery. Wrote a complaint to Jimmy John’s HQ, so we’ll see if that shapes this place up.
Oh, and check out my tuna sandwich that showed up 1hr and 20 mins after I ordered it.

My sandwich was WAY better than the one I had at the Centennial location ! So good!! First two are from this location in Engelwood. The last 3 are from the Centennial location. See the difference. Please show the englewood location your sandwiches so they know how they are supposed to be made

Paid $30 for a sandwich that is suppose to have a bunch of different meats (#9) and got a sandwich with one slice of one meat. Very annoying when you pay for more than enough food for 2 people and end up not getting enough for one person.

Yea, im done. Service is always incredibly slow for a JJs no exceptions, even if you’re the only person in line. And on 3 separate occasions, they’ve messed up the order. Leaving out key items that cost extra that i paid for. Putting tomatoes on when i asked for no tom? oh, well, i can pick it off. But how do you make a beach club without turkey? I work grave shift, and i come by before i go to work, so it’s not like i can just take it back or order another one, so I’m just out of luck. The employees here are very apathetic, whatever, ya know? lil bro, is havin a bad day, right? Until you realize it’s every day. I’ve never seen these employees’ cheeks raise even slightly. Tonight, there were 3 people in there. And it still took 10 minutes to make a Beach Club. That’s plain disappointing, i coulda gone to Panda Express across the street and got hot food with that much time. Which is exactly what I’ll be doing next time. When i worked at JJs, we made sandwiches in less than a minute and didn’t leave enormous globs of mayo hanging out the end of the sandwich. -10/10 would only recommend to Karen. Avoid at all costs.
