Com Tam was really good! Sadly we were the only dine-in when we went. The price was fairly priced and food was delicious. They offer 3 different bbq pork styles, Each with their own taste! Definitely a good spot to enjoy dinner once in a while.

I’m a fan of all foods and this awesome Vietnamese restaurant is so good! They have great food and plentiful portions. I had the pleasure of trying it today for the first time and let me tell you all it was DELICIOUS and full of flavor. The plate I got had soup,pork/shrimp wrapped over sugar cane, ribs, chops, cabbage salad, and grilled shrimp with rice! If you like chili hot this is the place that has it. Great food, great service, very friendly a must to stop by if your in the area and want some good food! Love family owned businesses… Ask for Thuỷ.

We weren’t even planning on eating here—honestly, we were headed next door like culinary snobs on a mission. But then we pulled a spontaneous foodie U-turn and walked in… and wow, best detour ever.

The menu is delightfully simple: pick rice or noodles (a.k.a. the starchy foundation of joy), then choose three tasty sidekicks. That’s it. It’s like a choose-your-own-deliciousness adventure.

The portions? Massive. Like, “should’ve worn stretchy pants” massive. We were fighting for survival by the last few bites. Grilled Pork? Heavenly. Egg rolls? Crispy cylinders of happiness. Egg cakes and Chinese sausage? A symphony of flavor.

Bonus points: every table has a bottle of dipping fish sauce and a jar of chopped chili peppers, so you can spice things up like a reckless flavor daredevil.

The place was packed, which is Restaurant Code for “this spot slaps.” We’re already plotting our return. Next time, we might even skip the original plan and walk straight in like we meant to be that cool.

This is a chill little place that has a modern cafe vibe.
We were not greeted immediately but the lady at the register was nice to us when we got to the register inside. She offered us to sit anywhere and we were promptly given menus and also were able to order pretty easily.

The place is pretty clean and it was dead when we got in but I noticed quite a few people coming in for food pick up.

DRINK:

Vietnamese Coffee:

This was delicious! Great balance of coffee and milk! Not overly sweet, just right!

FOOD:

Soup:

I’m not sure what it is called but it is a wonderful start to the meal. It is light, delicious, and refreshing.

Com Tam (Broken Rice):
Wow! First of all it was weird for me not eating Pho when I eat Vietnamese food, and this was AMAZING! The rice is cooked perfectly and the meats are also cooked very well. I got the chinese sausage, pork rib, and some other pork meat.
The veggies are also a nice refreshing taste and texture to the meal!

OVERALL:

The food was great! This is a new meal for me so it feels life changing, but I don’t think the idea is revolutionary. The service was not what you would expect in a sit down restaurant, but. every interaction we had was great.
There was just no order to the service. We got our meals first, then our drinks. They did not really check on us at all as well.
I think that despite the service not being as great as I would have liked, the food pulls it through to a 4/5

Solid 4 stars com tam place. The meat has a smokey flavor smell to it and it’s absolutely fantastic.

We came here for lunch and not a lot of people were there. Surprised since this is one of my favorite com tam places. Their meat has a nice smoky flavor like from a charcoal grill. Other toppings are also good, especially the shrimp sausage on sugarcane. My plate with 4 items (pork ribs, shredded pork skin, tau hu ky, and shrimp sugarcane) came out to be about ~$18. My parents couldn’t finish their plate so the portion is pretty generous. Highly recommend!

My favorite place to go for com tam. The meat is well marinated and tastes the same like the one I ate in Saigon

The com tam was exceptionally delicious, the pork chop was perfectly grilled, was exceptionally tasty, and the Bi was equally so. The service was extremely efficient and everything you could possibly need was readily accessible. My husband ordered Bun thit Nuon and egg rolls, which were his absolute favorite. The decor at the front was quite appealing, but the interior of the dining room wall was somewhat plan.

Updating my review based on 3 more visits. The grilled meat is still good but they give you less quantity than before. The Bi is actually pretty good now, and so is the Cha (pork/egg cake).

Unfortunately, the broken rice here is consistently hard and dry which is why I’m giving this place only 3 stars. I’m guessing they serve rice which was left over from the day before.
