Yesterday, 02/28/26, my daughter had her end of season basketball banquet for her Fort Walton Beach recreation center team. I originally called and spoke with the general manager, Valerie, at the Racetrack Rd location to let her know that I needed 6 pizzas for the banquet. She explained to me that the store owners love charity and partnerships. They especially love investing in the youth. She offered to donate cookies, crazy bread, and ultimately donated two additional pizzas (because I called back the same day to add two more pizzas to my order.) Even though I offered to pay for the additional pizzas, since she was already gifting extra items, Valerie insisted that the owners wouldn’t have it any other way.
I paid about 5 days in advance of the banquet. I called in on the Thursday before the banquet to change the pickup time for my order due to a banquet time change. There was a male supervisor that answered my call and assured me he changed my pickup time and I thought everything was fine. However, my pickup time was NOT in fact changed in the system, and the information pertaining to my new pickup time was apparently not relayed to the staff in charge of preparing my order. When I arrived to the store on the day of the banquet at 1:15pm, my modified requested pickup time, I was told that my pizza had been ready since 10:30AM . I was immediately stressed. It just so happened that a District Manager was working in place of Valerie yesterday (I think her name was Katie but I can’t quite remember). She listened to my grievance and she was so courteous and sweet in doing so. She didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering her like some people may have done. She apologized and offered to remedy the situation by remaking the pizzas which I GREATLY GREATLY appreciate. I could not serve the children 3 hour old pizza and feel good about it. My issue was quickly resolved and our banquet went off without issue. Thank you so much to the hardworking staff of the Racetrack RD. Location and thank you to the Little Caesars leadership.

I am with the Boys and Girls Club of the Emerald Coast, and we needed 10 pizzas for a Family BINGO night. I was able to call at 11:00 and order 10 pizzas to be ready by 5:45 that evening. Upon speaking with the General Manager and letting her know who I was, where I worked, and what I needed we talked about a partnership and we received 5 additional pizzas that we 100% free of cost (donated). The club members and their families enjoyed delicious, hot Little Cesar’s pizza all while playing BINGO!

Easy ordering on the Little Caesars App. Specials and prices are good! When my Pizza was ready, I was notified via email, with slot # for pick up. Order was perfect and pizza was hot & delicious! Can even add a tip online~easy peasy!
Got a carry out medium pepperoni pizza, & Italian Crazy bread! Very tasty and cooked just right! Had to wait approximately 10 min for them to make it. I Normally order on the app, but last minute stop otw home. Friendly customer service!

I called a placed an order for my daughter volleyball team since I was providing the meal for the day. Valerie made sure the pizza was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up. She communicated well with me. We totally spaced out getting napkins for the girls and she had a bag full ready for us without us even asking. It’s hard to find good service in restaurants and fast food places these days she does an excellent job in every aspect. When we arrived to pick up the pizzas she had also donated two pizzas to the team! We are very appreciative and love to see the extra steps she took! It definitely shows she enjoys her jobs and is a great asset to the team!

If I order ahead of time and tip $15 on a pickup order I expect it to be ready at the time of pickup order at least within 10 minutes. Not put into the oven AFTER my pick up time. Late to my own party.

I had an incredible experience at this location thanks to the store manager, Valerie. I placed an order for a group of kids at a tennis tournament, but when I arrived, it turned out there was a mix-up with Uber Eats and someone else had picked up my order. Valerie immediately stepped in and went above and beyond—she replaced the entire order free of charge and made sure everything was ready quickly so the kids could still get their food on time.
Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly saved the day. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about their customers, and I’m very grateful. Thank you, Valerie, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
