Paid $20 for 10pc shrimp combo that tasted like burnt grease. Customer service was dry. Pan handlers outside asking for order before I can get my own food. I will never stop here again no matter how hungry I am!

If I could give one star I could. They literally have rats running around. Place is nasty, and I would not let my dog eat out of there. The owner is just as nasty as where they prepare the food. He refuses to do anything about the pest. On top of rats the is barely any meat on thee sandwich. If you want to chance of having your food exposed to rats, paying way more for acsanwhich with more tomatos and bread then meat, and an owner who doesn’t care, then and only then would I suggest eating there. Mr. Jimmy tries, but it’s the owner that does not care. Eat here at your own risk. You’ve been warned!

I called & ordered a small pepperoni & Italian sausage pizza with stuffed cheese bread & pizza sauce on Tuesday evening. My food was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later & it was amazing.

Quality of the food is declining, this is my second time ordering pizza recently that is dry and cold. Also they overcharged me on my delivery order from the original emailed order placed online. Will not be buying from this location anymore. Very disappointed.!

Called in an order of six piece chicken wings. I was told it will be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes and order not ready. Cashier said it is still cooking and it should be ready in less than 10 minutes. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later I inquired about my order. She stated let me check, which took about another 5 minutes. Finally got my order, after arriving home, open the box and very surprised to see chicken with feathers ( see photo) and the fry on the chicken looked horrible. Which indicates the chicken was not washed, if it was it was not cleaned properly. After waiting at least 45 minutes and paying 16.00 for 6 chicken wings. I expected a higher quality of service and food. In the midst of a pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask. This food went straight to the garage. I was not going to waste my time going back. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place of business.

Wrote this review a year ago and here I am again 7-30-2021 and ordered from this same location double cheese double pepperoni pizza and look at this does this look like double everything the cheese is baked all the way off the pizza on some of the slices and I did close ups to show it I thought I would give them a chance but if you guys want good pizza go to the Woodward location because this is not it

I ordered by 5 large pizzas by phone and had them delivered. The customer service was great when I placed my order. However when I got my order the pizza was flat and heavy. The dough did not rise. It was like it was thin crust but it wasn’t. I called to get a refund or some money back or a reorder. The manager told me to bring the pizza back and reorder and he will give me a $10 discount off the new order!!!!! I said, I had the pizza delivered why would I come and drop them off and why would I reorder pizza that I’m not satisfied with. I asked him to have the new order delivered free and I will give him the pizzas back. He refused and would not give me a discount on the old order and told me to reorder and he will take $10 off. That is not satisfactory for me. I will not be going back because the business owner does not know how to take care of his customers when they make a mistake!! This is my first time going to the livernois one. I usually order from the Schaefer location and will continue to do so.
