My sandwich was prepared perfectly! It was like a work of art, and it was sooooo delicious!! I had the Hook & Ladder. Smoky meats, melty cheese, fresh veggies, and a sweet but zesty deli mustard that ties it all together. The large is so big that I could have easily taken half home for another meal!
If you don’t already have the app, I recommend it. We ate here for a long time without it, but finally downloaded it a couple years ago. It’s amazing how quickly the points build up to redeem for free items. And the app exclusive deals have been awesome. The one we used tonight was 2 large subs for $20 which is a really good deal!

I’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks. Dude, it’s pretty good!!
Tried one with turkey and ham. The ham had a good flavor to it. The brisket cheddar was real good. I was surprised at the flavor in the brisket!! Tasty!
The pepperoni meatball sub was good too. The staff are nice. It’s a cute little place. Fireman theme. I guess I didn’t put that together with the name

The food was ok, it great. The restaurant was really dirty! Things in disrepair, things broken. There was a toddler walking around where the food is prepared. Ice maker broken. The drink dispenser had stains from drink coloring everywhere. It really was discusting. I can’t recommend.

Stopped by for lunch and the food was delicious! Jaime was so helpful and accommodating at the register with our big order! The food came out quickly considering the large crowd there!
I will say, there were OUTRAGEOUS amounts of mayo on our sandwiches. We opened our boxes and mayo was smeared all over our sandwich wrapper, the bread was soggy because of the sauce, and mayo was dripping out of our sandwiches as we ate them. Maybe ask for less mayo when ordering.

Been here a few times, and it is consistently good. Friendly, and welcoming staff, clean overall, but sometimes the drink station could use a small wipe-down.
But overall food is quick, fast, and fresh, and a fair price.

We always gave a good experience at any firehouse. We definitely recommend this place. And we have been satisfied with the cleanliness of the store and have experienced the same polite service through the different stores. We enjoy the food and it has great flavor.

Pretty impress with the quality of service and food . The blonde girl( don’t remember her name) she has a silver side hair . She was so helpful and went the extra mile. The other guys are also nice and friendly place is clean and is pacefull. I really like this place and we hope to keep coming here. Bathroom needs some help but still works

Place used to be clean and service used to be fast now is slow and place is dirty and garbage everywhere. Seems like this place understaff. Only 2 person in the whole place making the sandwiches and one seems to walk around on the phone pretending to work . Please hire more people or help them to have a better place . Do t let it go under . Seems like the nice hard worker girls are gone but I hope you do something better
