I usually walk into Starbucks expecting a pretty standard experience—get my drink, maybe a polite smile, and I’m on my way. Nothing bad, but nothing remarkable either. But today? Today was different—all thanks to Amie.
From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Amie greeted me with such genuine warmth and energy that it immediately brightened my mood. She didn’t just take my order—she connected. She asked how my day was going, made great suggestions when I looked unsure, and somehow made the whole process feel personal and effortless.
It wasn’t just customer service—it was hospitality. My drink was perfect, but honestly, even if it hadn’t been, I still would’ve walked out with a smile. Amie completely transformed an ordinary coffee run into a memorable, uplifting moment.

Not sure how to send a thank you message other than commenting. I barely slept last night because my little one was sick. On the way out the door, I twisted my ankle. About 15 minutes late (5:30am ), I picked up my online order. I just got to my office and saw a good morning message on my coffee cup. It made me smile. It’s the extra personal touch that turns the day around and gives a fresh start. So, to whomever had the energy and sweetness at 5am on a Monday, thank you.

I stopped in here on my way to work on Monday, March 3, 2025. I was greeted with pleasantries by one of the staff members from the moment I walked up to the order pickup counter to when I walked out. The customer service here was fantastic! I believe A.J. was working the window. It was refreshing to have someone sound like they genuinely cared when they asked my name and order; he even said I made an excellent choice. He also asked how my day was going and mentioned how the sun was coming out and how nice it was in this icy 20-degree weather. It is refreshing to encounter a worker who didn’t go through the motions when interacting with them.
I tried the new Spicy Falafel Pocket. It was good. I’d order it again if I went to Starbucks, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. It was a nice choice that is somewhat healthy. It has spinach Falafel, hummus with veggies, herbs, and other good stuff on lavish bread. Other than some sugar and seed oils, it is pretty healthy. You can find the ingredients online.
I also tried the Creme Brulee Latte. It was also good. I wish Starbucks offered sugar-free syrups made with monk fruit or stevia rather than sucralose. I try not to eat/drink a lot of sugar, but sucralose is worse for your microbiome/stomach than sugar. I don’t go to Starbucks often because the high sugar content and the prices are high as well (the latte was $6 for a tall).

I’ve been going here five days a week for 2-3 years now. They memorize every detail of my order and have the best customer service. Good timing on order readiness, efficient lines in the morning as well. It’s the people though! Truly the best Starbucks I’ve been to and they never run out of ingredients. Give them a shoutout when you go.

SOFIA IS THAT GIRL!! This is the third time I’ve had an encouraging encounter with Sofia after I order my drink and I cannot praise her enough. She has such a kind and calming demeanor and you can tell she cares about the quality of her work and the customer experience. Today was kind of a hard morning and she was just exceptional as usual.
