Excellent food and friendly staff. We ordered the crab rangoons and it had lumps of imitation crab in them with a sweet cream filling. The chicken hibachi was cooked perfect; the veggies were not over done or too saucy. My Teays Valley roll was delicious; nice and creamy with a smooth texture. The inside has limited seating is kinda dingy, but everything else is great. Prices are really reasonable too. The hibachi dinner was $13 and my roll $12 and it was large enough for nearly 2 meals.

Good portions, fair prices, and very nice service. We placed a takeout order and the staff was very attentive and nice when we picked up the food. We got the orange chicken, salmon hibachi, Teays Valley roll, and Surf And Turf roll. It was all very well flavored and put together. The salmon tasted fresh, and the orange sauce on the chicken was great, good level of spice but not overwhelming at all. The sushi was very good as well, but the rolls rolled over in their containers on the way home so I didn’t get the best picture. The flavor was still excellent.
Overall, the food was great, the prices were good compared to similar restaurants in the area, and we’ll definitely be back again. Thank you!

My bf and I had Rakku for the first time today – and it was delicious! We ordered online and picked it up at the restaurant. The online ordering process was really easy. It only took about 20 minutes for the order to be completed. We got the: Hibachi Salmon (w/rice & vegetables), Orange Shrimp (w/noodles), Surf & Turf Roll, and the Teays Valley Roll. Both sushi rolls were very good. The Hibachi Salmon came with two decently sized filets, which made for a GREAT portion. The Orange Shrimp had a really delicious flavor. All of the food was packaged securely and easy to travel with. We will definitely be back!

Beef ramen is to die for, very savory, some crunchy cabbage, tender beef, seasoned egg. Monkey Brains is a great starter. Very relaxed, bring your own booze place. It’s nice to have this type of food that’s around here. Please support this small business, the food is quaint and the takeout game is hot! Not revolving staff.

I drive past this place daily, finally gave it a try. The sushi is delicious and fresh, hands down the best sushi in the Valley. Staff was incredibly polite and the store was super clean. Definitely going to be making this my go-to sushi restaurant!

Thorougly enjoyed both visits. Good sushi and good portions. Mongolian beef was delicious. The crab rangoons were a little odd though, they tasted like cheesecake. Maybe they got mixed up with the desert.

We’ve ordered take out a few times and the food has been amazing. Orders have never taken more than 15 min to prepare. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you receive. Staff is always friendly! Great addition to the Valley!

This place is AMAZING! We are driving back to TN and my husband always craves hibachi. Our waitress was so sweet and took care of us very well. We sat outside because the weather was so nice. If we lived closer this would be our go to place. Also, the steak was so tender my husband could cut it with a plastic spoon! And the flavor! The best flavored hibachi I’ve ever had.
