Good: chicken sandwich
Ok: fries
Pass: rice, berry biscuit
The chicken is nicely seasoned and juicy. The (regular) biscuit is flaky and buttery.
Unfortunately the berry biscuit is much denser and harder and does not need to be drenched in icing.
Fries are only ok.
The menu does not contain all the items so it’s easier to order with the person than to use the kiosk.
Everything is made fresh in house. Bojangles biscuits are made fresh in each store, following a 49-step process. There’s a window to watch they making biscuits and you can eat them fresh from the oven every 20 minutes.
The chicken is hand breaded and it’s tender, crispy and juicy. I also try some of their signature sauces like Bo Sauce, Honey Mustard, and BBQ. So delicious! Chicken sandwich was so good it didn’t make the picture
It was my first time at Bojangles and I was so impressed with the flavors. Can’t wait to go back there
I mentioned about the online app issues to the friendly window employee and THEY ARE aware of the problems, so I suggest to NOT even try using it for this location for the time being. I received my order quickly and it was correct. I did peruse the online menu for THIS LOCATION beforehand and I agree with other Google posters that I was disappointed that they DO NOT have bone-in chicken (or mashed potatoes) as they do at Southern Bojangles restaurants I have visited.
The chicken sandwich was crispy and delicious, although it had VERY thick and spicy breading. The macaroni and cheese was lackluster and disappointing, as if it was created from a box mix and had very little noticeable cheese. The peach cobbler was WAY too sweet and tongue coating (the super sweet white icing they put on top didn’t help) and overall it was a gloppy texture.
The dining room area is clean and has plenty of table seating. There is also an outside dining patio with umbrella topped tables. The landscaping is beautiful, the parking lot has adequate parking and the entrance, order counter and dining area are all handicap accessible.

I would like to leave feedback about an unpleasant situation that happened today when I came to pick up my order.
When I entered the store, I greeted the staff and said hello, but no one responded. I explained that I was there for a pick-up order and showed the order information. The employee checked the order, and I could clearly see that it was already prepared. However, he did not hand it to me and simply left it there.
When I asked if I could take my order, he said that he did not want to give it to me right now and started serving other customers instead. This felt very strange and unpleasant to me. It made me feel like people were being treated differently.
Later he told me: “Next time I will talk to you better.” My question is: why only next time? I am also a customer and I expect respectful communication now, not later.
I kindly ask the management to review this situation and pay attention to how this employee treats customers, because the experience was very unpleasant and left a bad impression.
Thank you for your attention.
Unlike their southern locations, this branch does not offer traditional wings—only boneless options. I ordered the 5-piece tenders with fries and a beverage. The cashier was courteous and pleasant.
After trying the meal at home, I found the fries to be quite good. The tenders were decent, with a slight kick of spice, but nothing particularly exceptional. The biscuit, unfortunately, was not very enjoyable.
Overall, the experience wasn’t anything extraordinary, but I’m also not a huge fan of fast food. Still, I’d recommend giving it a try and forming your own opinion.
We got the chicken sandwich with the Bojangles iced tea and a French vanilla milkshake.
While the chicken on the inside was juicy enough, the outer crispy coating was harder than normal chicken sandwiches. Also the pickles on the sandwich weren’t up to par.
The iced tea was all right but nothing really that special considering all we had heard about it. And the French vanilla shake was nothing that amazing for the price. I would rather go to an ice cream shop to get a shake compared to here.
This Bojangles is in the property formerly known as the Exxon gas station. Since the entrance is so close to 287 you should be careful pulling into the driveway if somebody is right behind you.
The location has outdoor seating as well as indoor seating.
Unlike McDonald’s which are removing their beverage machines to the customers, this Bojangles still has one so you can get free refills.
Service was fast and friendly. The location was uncrowded when we visited at about 6:00 on a Sunday so there was plenty of parking. The bathrooms were clean.
We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast because this location does not have all day breakfast. Their breakfast ends at 2:00 p.m. That’s something I noticed others complaining about as well.
This location has a drive through which has two lanes making it more efficient and they had a worker directing traffic as well as a security guard at the entrance.
