Dissapointing experience. I ordered a homewrecker bowl and chips on Free queso day. The portions you get in the bowl are Dissapointing especially for the price. The queso portions are ridiculous as well I got all these chips left with no sauce to dip them in. The ingredients in the bowl taste fresh but nowhere as good as the competitors ingredients. The chips will cut up your gums and roof of your mouth with sharp jagged edges. The staff do their best and give the best service they can. The app to order ahead had Dissapointing rewards deals system. I would not recommend moes to spend your money.

Shouldn’t have stayed. Server was busy preparing what must have been an online order/s. No one else in the restaurant. Zero acknowledgement.
About 6 minutes after arriving she took my order. Not friendly. But she cheerfully asked me to enter the tip amount when completing my transaction. Complete BS tipping a take out order with abysmal service for overpriced food. Never again!

The dining area and food service area were both dirty. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There were no other customers when I arrived and only pick up customers while I was there. It seems like they are only in business because of online orders.

I love when I go in restaurant and there’s specific staff that are great. but sometimes you go in there’s staff that’s miserable and barely give you anything in the burrito or bowl. yesterday I decided to order online a burrito and bowl for the next day. I open my bowl today and there’s no meat at all in my bowl. I ordered a chicken bowl and got no chicken….never ordering online again.

Food here is literally so gross. We had lunch around noon and it was evident that a great deal of the product was leftover from the night before, including the rice, guac and veg. The salsas at the bar tasted old and terrible. To be candid, we only ate here because I had some very old Moe’s gift cards and I was glad we were able to unload them. I would never step foot in this place again.

Moses way better than Chipotle, I am so sad that they closed down in Rhode Island. Every time I go to Connecticut I make sure to go to Moe’s because their food is fresh and delicious and they have lots of options.

I went like right after open around 11am before I was off to work and bought 3 burritos for myself and some buddies. The chips were already some how stail and then I also got some salsa from the slasa bar and when we all say down to eat our food I used some of the green salsa and it was sour and rancid so we’re the rest of the flavors, all expired , the pico de giao was slimey, and the chicken was burnt all together it was just $38 wasted on crap. I like Moe’s but I highly do not recommend this one here in Norwich!!

Fair prices, food taste good, service was okay. This location is on the small side and it gets busy fast. This place was clean for the most part and the staff were friendly and polite. Moes is the subway of tacobell and that is what you should expect when you go.
