John (Emily’s husband) was so informative giving background on Emily’s cider and offering suggestions on what to try. We were introduced to the best root beer this side of the Rockies!! (And fell in love with the Strawberry Cream Soda )Emilys other ciders were yummy some of our favorites had local ingredients like lavendar/rhubarb.
The Cidery was inviting, cozy, had good vibes and the cider flight was delish-cold and crisp!! For sure have plans to be back!

Great experience. Met the owner who is also the cider brewmaster. She is absolute pleasure to deal with. We were educated on each of the ciders and what made them different from each other. We tried 10 of them. Grabbed a growler to go of our favorite. Plenty of seating amongst a young mini orchard. Very friendly crowd. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing!! The ciders are fantastic, priced reasonably and the owners are even better. They were knowledgeable, welcoming and we met several locals during our tasting reservation. It was a perfect summer country evening and we can’t wait to visit again! Make sure you take some home to share with friends and family!

I’m under 21 so I can’t order anything alcoholic, but my family tells me that the cider is top notch. The outdoor seating in a lovely young orchard is very comforting and quiet. They allow dogs and the owners are very kind. The overall atmosphere here is great. Their homemade cream sodas are so good

If you’re wondering why it is called cedar draw cider make a stop and ask! There is an amazing story behind each crafty cider. My personal favorites are the rhubarb and ciderita yes you heard that right. A cider-margarita! It is so difficult to pick out the best one! Instead order a cider flight. Emily is the cider-maker and her husband john is the cider-tender ! One may ask why is it important to support this cute cider family ? Well first off, if your an Idahoan like me who is passionate about the fermenting and brewing process , you would agree that idaho cider makers are not put first. The frustration I have is over the top dramatic. I am sick of supporting out of state ciders that do not have the authentic fresh taste like this idaho self made cider… CEDAR DRAW CIDER. If you’re a die hard cider fan this is the best place to support.

A unicorn of ciders! I stumbled upon Cedar Draw after a visit to Balanced Rock. So glad I did! I’ve tried a lot of ciders and CD is one of the best. I sampled 7 of their ciders and all were tasty. I prefer a drier or semi-sweet cider and all were on point. I brought a couple bottles back to my friends in Twin, one of whom is a winemaker, and they were both impressed! John (owner) was super friendly and welcoming, and another local, Jesse, was also enjoyable to visit with. I’m already looking forward to my next visit when I’m back in Idaho!
