Normally I really enjoy panda. I went today and it was $31 for two plates. I got orange chicken and shrimp and there was a large fat piece that they put in but then took out (which I appreciated) but then left me with barely any chicken. Why am I paying basically $13 a plate for mostly chow main when it’s supposed to be TWO entrees? I will reconsider my food choices next time and go get a meal for two at basically most other places for way cheaper.

Went through drive through and ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken and was given chow mein with broccoli beef, not sure how you mix up orange chicken and beef. Along with ordering another bowl with fried rice and teriyaki grilled chicken, with the chicken being only the fatty parts and barely any teriyaki sauce????

I want to share my wonderful experience at Panda Express thanks to Teresa. I went through the drive-thru and unfortunately received a defective plate with my food. Teresa went above and beyond to immediately fix the situation with care and professionalism. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Teresa is truly a jewel—an amazing employee who shows what great customer service looks like. Panda Express is lucky to have her!

My family and myself went to Panda on Saturday around 8:30 pm they close at 10 well the dining was already locked and closed at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night so we had to go around to the drive through which was ok but I purchased a family meal on Saturday, My family loves the honey walnut shrimp , so I ordered a side and look how they filled all of the rest of the boxes to the tip top and the one side that cost extra money got short changed I just don’t think that’s Fair I had to pay already for a family meal and then they charged extra for less food? The math isn’t mathing! Very sad because we love panda and this was a terrible experience

FOH workers were friendly and efficient. they let us know that it would be a few minutes wait if we wanted a fresh batch of eggplant tofu, which was much appreciated.

I’ve been eating here 3-4 times a week for a couple months now and can give an honest review about this location. This is a really busy panda express but they have good people working here so it moves very fast and the line is always moving. Also, because they are always so busy, the food is getting refreshed a lot. As of 2019, I have not had an issue with portion size at all and always receive good service even when they’re hurried. Sometimes I have to wait on fresh food to be made, but that’s a really good thing not a bad thing, I want fresh food =)

I received half servings on all my entrees from “Steven”. Poor customer service. I pointed it out to Steven and he was quiet. None of the other 4 employees around him said anything too. I had to buy an extra entree. The females that work there, give a good amount.

Went here 5/30. I was upset cause I didn’t like the food I had earlier in the day. Got my usual Honey Walnut Shrimp and Fried Rice. It was very good.

I am not legally required to disclose my disability, but I had my service dog with me. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was immediately stopped by management and bombarded with questions such as, “Is that a service animal?” and “Where is your paperwork, ID, etc.?” They also made comments about the health of other customers. I was caught off guard and felt pressured, so I mentioned that I would place my order and eat outside. However, I was not allowed to go up to the counter to see what I could order, and instead, they wrote down my order on their hand for me. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I was then instructed to hand over my phone so they could scan it for payment, but they were across the store. I felt very overwhelmed and unsure of how to respond. All I remember is that they identified themselves as the manager, and anxiety quickly took over. This was my first negative experience at this establishment, and it took a lot for me to write this out.
