Ordered an Italian Hottie(10″) and the cook made it delicious as for my cashier, I asked for my cherry coke without ice and still put ice in it and then poured into a new cup and didn’t fill up just a little more to please the customer. My mother in law made a door dash order to be picked up, asked me to get it and i was nearly turned away because this lady didnt undsrstand i didnt work for doordash, it was a pickup. First time ever eating from here and became violently ill shortly after eating. The food was dry and sharp without much meat, but I figured I would still give it a chance since this was my 1st time eating from here. However, I was not expecting to get food poisoning. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere if you’re looking to eat subs or cheese steaks, just for safety’s sake. Trust your instincts, if food doesn’t seem right, DON’T EAT IT!

For a food court restaurant, the food was awesome! The grand escape is my favorite, the best cheesesteak west of Philly. The fries are fresh cut and taste incredible, especially with the vinegar on them. I haven’t had a Salad yet,but they make everything in front of you and have no problem if you’d like extra veggies or dressings. The staff is friendly and helpful if your not sure what to get. I will be back.
